Just two miles to Narragansett Town Beach, this updated home with gorgeous renovated kitchen provides plenty of interior and exterior space for relaxing or entertaining.
The large Trex deck overlooks a grassy, fenced in backyard and has outdoor dining to accommodate six people. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and large island with seats for dining or playing cards. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level, one is a master bedroom with ensuite bath. The finished basement has a pull out sofa, foosball table and a queen bed. Enjoy close Narrow River which is just minutes away for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or fishing.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
