PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome 1 well-trained dog under 40 lbs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach

Great property! Fenced backyard which is important because we saw a bear in the neighborhood one night! Great comfort in the stay & the golf cart was a fabulous added bonus. We will definitely be back!

New chic home

This property was amazing! The kitchen is fantastic and so well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom in the master was beautiful! The golf cart and bikes that came with the house were a great addition. The community pool is a nice size and bigger than many smaller neighbors have. It would have been nice if it was heated. The community is very quiet, which we loved! It is a bit far from the beach and you need to cross the highway which is kind of like playing frogger but the golf cart made it much easier. Inlet beach was clean and beautiful and less crowded than Rosemary and Seacrest beaches during the spring break week. We would recommend!

We had a great stay at this property. The property management company was very helpful. Just a couple of things that may help the next customer. 1. The outside grill was very dirty so it will be helpful for the owner of the management company to make sure it's clean before the new tenants come in. We contacted the management company and they took care of it right away. 2. The address for the property should be corrected. The address we were given was 90 W Willow Rd. The correct address is 90 W Willow Mist Rd. 3. We were not given the code to lockbox that contained the golf cart keys. We had to call and get it. The golf cart agreement stated that the golf cart was electric and needed to be charged every night. Upon arrival, we found the golf cart to be gas (no big deal), just a correction. FOR THE OWNER: Plz be advised that the reverse gear on the golf cart does not engage properly; it take few tries to put it in reverse. You may want to get it fixed.

Missed its mark

The house is nice, upon first impression. It appears to be almost new, hence the few reviews. Kitchen looks large and well-equipped, all new and nice. Living area is very small and furniture is not comfortable. The cushions all slide out of the chair/couch. Master bedroom is in good size, bathroom is large, closet is good sized. BIG complaint with bathroom was the floor. It had not been mopped and around the toilet was disgusting, along with the floor in front of the shower door. Upstairs, the second master was pretty small and our family said the bed was not comfortable. Instead of buying a new mattress, the owner put one of the egg crate toppers on the mattress and it was super uncomfortable. Besides the master bathroom floor, my other complaint was that they had no kitchen essentials for us to use. I have never rented a place and not had basics like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee, sugar/sweetener, spices, just the basic cooking essentials. The house has a gorgeous kitchen that has all of the cooking equipment, but they should provide the cooking basics. We would have cooked at the house, which we had planned to do, but we weren't going to go out and buy all of the cooking essentials for just one or two meals. Had those items been provided, I would not be rating this place as low as I am.

Most guests will make a trip to the grocery store during their stay. (We recommend the 30A Ice Market, located conveniently around the corner.) However, if you would have called us, we would have been happy to deliver any items if it meant making your stay more comfortable. We could not locate any housekeeping requests from you. Next time, if something isn’t up to par, reach out to us during your trip so we can address it ASAP. We’re here any time to help you have the best stay possible.
