Two-story villa with plenty of natural light. The ground floor features a living room with a dining table and access to the terrace and pool area. A spacious kitchen is located next to the dining room. This floor also includes a twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The first floor has two bedrooms: one twin bedroom with access to a private terrace offering unobstructed sea views, and a double bedroom with access to a balcony with partial sea views. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms, operating on a fixed schedule from 1 PM to 3 PM and from 8 PM to 8 AM.
