HEART OF PALM SPRINGS!!!
Welcome to Beautiful Sunny Palm Springs, California! This single story home is located in an extremely quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown Palm Springs, coffee shops, shopping, dining, hiking trails, the street fair (Thursday’s), night life & much more! Our newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has only one shared wall, private fenced in yard with beautiful mountain views, lots of natural light and its own private in unit washer & dryer. WiFi is included. Only 10 minutes from Desert Regional Medical Center and less than half an hour from Eisenhower Medical Center. Near Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indio, Joshua Tree, La Quinta and Cathedral City. This home does not have a pool, however, it is less than 2 miles away from the Palm Springs Swim Center which has an outdoor Olympic-sized pool & is open to the public. This home is perfect for those seeking a quiet, clean & centrally located retreat. We look forward to having you as our guest in our home!
