We have the 4 parking spots closest to our house. There are 7 total parking spots in the parking area for our house and the neighbor. However, 3 of them are for the neighboring property. The 4th spot in front of our property will only fit a car. It will not fit 4 SUVs or 4 Trucks, it will fit 3 SUVs/Trucks and 1 car.

We absolutely love this place! Kind of room and everyone had their own bathroom, which made it so easy to relax after a long day of hiking. The Jacuzzi was amazing and the kids absolutely loved the river. They didn’t even want to do any of the sites of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge because the river was so fun. It was close enough to everything yet you felt like you were still in a River Cabin. The host was super communicative and responsive. Super detailed instructions and getting in and out was a breeze.We will be back!

Our host was great! Very easy. The house was beautiful, just like the description on website. We had 5 couples and had plenty of room, each had their own bathroom, and enough seating for all of us. Everything was perfect. The cabin was very clean, everything we needed to cook and enjoy the cabin was supplied, and the creek set a feeling of relaxation. Added to all that, the location to Gatlinburg made it easy to leave the car parked too. There were 10 of us and we never felt cramped and enjoyed the 4 days we had together. This was a special trip too because we had planned to stay here two years ago and my mother had an accident and we had to cancel. Blake made it so simple and he was very understanding of the circumstance. With hosts like this, we for sure wanted to rent from him again.

My wife and I have been living in Gatlinburg since 2018. We love living here and getting to share what we have with visiting guests. Our desire is for people to leave happier than they came, and spread the good word that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is a "well worth it" place to visit!

Why they chose this property

Our criteria for the properties we buy are high quality, good roads to and from the cabin, and location. This property has it all! To sit on the back deck and enjoy the river, to walk to downtown, to enjoy the high quality property during your vacation, what more could one ask for on a getaway!

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits to this property are obvious. To be slightly repetitive, you cannot beat this location. As Gatlinburg grows and more and more people have to stay further than 30 minutes from downtown, this property is IN downtown already! You can walk to downtown within 10 minutes, or you can walk 5 minutes to the nearest Trolley Stop. But nothing is more unique than being ON the Little Pigeon River!! It is so beautiful and relaxing, everything one could ask for on a vacation.
