New luxurious and modern Villa, 5 minutes from the nearest beach

5 minutes by car from the nearest beach, the Plomin Copacabana.
Villa Augustina is a brand new luxurious holiday home, located in a charming and small picturesque village on the eastern coast of Istria. Filled with vineyards, small stone walls, beautiful trees and good people.

A large garden (of 3000 sqm) is at your private use. The pool is only 6 meters from the house entrance, and by the pool there is a large stone fireplace with a grill, so everything is within a few steps.

The interior is completely air conditioned, there are three large bedrooms with sunny windows, a spacious and comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the basement of the Villa there is a table tennis and table soccer.

The garden is safe, it has a playground, a swingset, a badminton court and plenty of space. There are garden chairs and a garden table by the grill.
Warm evenings spent by the pool, with fresh fish prepared on the barbecue and a glass of excellent istrian wine will fill your spirit with serenity, and remain as a beautiful memory.

A brilliant family stay

We had the best time at Villa Augustina. Even though it’s a bit further inland , it was exactly what we were after. The pool was great and the owner came by every few days to clean. The house was exactly as on the pictures!

Villa Augustina

Superb modern villa divided into two apartments complete with all facilities. We used the kitchen in the lower apartment for preparing food to be cooked on the barbecue. The property is comfortable with plenty of space for guests.

The stay was wonderful

The hosts were very welcoming and extremely friendly. The House looked just like on the Pictures and everything was super clean. The Swimmingpool gets cleaned every 3 days so it never gets dirty. The beach is easily accessible with a car in 15-30 minutes. So overall everything was amazing. 5/5 100% would recommend.

Nice House with minor flaws for groups

The house has a big garden with many options for games. We liked our stay very much! The only flaw we saw is that the house has two different appartments so that we had to carry some of the kitchen equipment into the other apartment to have enough for our group. Other then that we had no complaints!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Alen dem Gastgeber und es gab zur Begrüßung auch ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk mit Snacks & Likör :)Die Anlage ist ideal für viele Leute. Enstpannt am.Poo liegen und Abends grillen oder Städte besichtigen- es liegt super gut in Istrien - 50 min nach Rijeka...50 min nach Porec, Pula usw... Klare Weiterempfhelung :)

6Erwachsene und 4 Kinder hatten einen wunderbaren Ferienaufenthalt. Dank der Klimaanlagen haben wir die hohen Temperaturen bis 38 Grad gut ertragen. Danke an Alen - ein herrliches Refugium.

Wir waren mit unserer ganzen Familie (8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder 1-10) auf diesem herrlichen Fleckchen und es war ein perfekter Urlaub, das Haus wie der Pool und der Garten mit Grill sind noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Was wir besonders toll fanden, war die Gastfreundschaft, wir wurden so herzlich empfangen (vielen Dank nochmal an die Familie Lazarici) und auch die Empfehlungen für Events und Ausflüge waren top! Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Sternabzug gibt es für die Agentur, die es nicht geschafft hat, das 4. Schlafzimmer im OG anzuzeigen (= links von der Küche) Und den Sternabzug bei der Umgebung gibt es (nicht bei der Lage! die ist top!!), da es immer schwieriger wird - durch den exzessiven Hotelbau gefolgt von Touristenströmen - Strandnah und ungestört ans Meer zu kommen. Schade... Einzig gefundene Ausnahme ist der Plomin Luka - aber das ist nicht das Meer.

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus war sehr schön, genauso wie der große Garten. Am besten hat den Kindern der Pool gefallen, in dem wir viele tolle Stunden verbracht haben. Die Familie war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Zu Beginn wurde schon leckeres Gebäck und Getränke bereitgestellt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter. :)

Es war ein toller Urlaub, das Haus + Garten ist fantastisch, 2 komplett eingerichtete Küchen, Tischtennis, Federball, Fussballtore, Kinderspiele, alles vorhanden. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Der Vermieter ist klasse. Habe das Anwesen bereits privat weiterempfohlen. Weiter so! Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen.

Super Villa!!

Das Haus und das Anwesen waren einfach ein Traum. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit der Großfamilie sehr genossen. Jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort und auch für gemeinsame Spielzeit blieb kein Wunsch offen. Sehr schöner Urlaub...

Schon die Kommunikation vor Anreise war super. Es gab hilfreiche Hinweise zur Reiseroute. Auch wenn während des Aufenthalts Fragen aufkamen war Alen jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, toller Pool, Möglichkeiten Tischtennis, Fußball und Federball zu spielen. Tolle Terrasse, auf der man noch bis in die Nacht gern verweilt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, natürlich auch im Haus. Insgesamt also sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Haus, alles top

Wir (Oma, Opa, Geschwister sowie die eigenen Kinder und Neffen) waren ganz begeistert von dem schönen Haus mit Pool. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war top, sehr freundlich. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weit entfernt, auch wenn wir das vorher wussten, hat es etwas mehr gestört als wir gedacht hätten.

Eine schöne letzte Sommerwoche in der Idylle

Von Anfang an war alles super. Wir wurden herzlich von Alen und seiner Frau empfangen - inklusive frischer Feigen, Kuchen und diverser Getränke. Das Haus war noch schöner als gedacht und für unsere Reisegruppe von 12 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Wir können einen Urlaub hier nur empfehlen. Zum Abschalten genau richtig!

Top Villa in ruhiger Lage

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa. Mit Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Darten und vielen anderen Spielen konnten wir uns sportlich unterhalten. Super Unterkunft und tolle Vermieter!

Wir hatten hier 2 sehr schöne Urlaubswochen. Waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern im Alter von 8 - 12 Jahren. Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst von den Vermietern empfangen. Während unserem kompletten Aufenthalt konnten wir und stets bei Rückfragen etc auf den Vermieter verlassen. Das Haus, wie auch die komplette Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Fotos entsprechen eins zu eins der Realität. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 5 - 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Die nächst größeren Ortschaften erreicht man in 15 - 20 Minuten. Dasselbe gilt für den Strand. Auto wird definitiv benötigt. Hier gibt es eine klare Empfehlung von uns!! Super Urlaub auf ganzer Linie und dass lag auch zum größten Teil an unserer tollen Unterkunft.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön und äußerst hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Garten ist für Kinder aller Altersgruppen ein Traum um sich auszutoben. Das Haus liegt total ruhig und man hört abends nur die Grillen zirpen. Dinge des täglichen Lebens kann man in Minimärkten nur 3 Fahrminuten entfernt kaufen. Richtung Labin gibt es auch große Märkte. Wer nicht lange nach dann doch übervölkerten Stränden suchen will, fährt am besten schon vormittags runter zum Kraftwerk Plomin/Luka. In dem Fjord wartet einen wunderschöner, sauberer Kieselstrand mit viel Naturschatten, Dusche und Snackbar! Alles da was man braucht. was man zunächst gar nicht glauben würde! Ein Auto braucht man für den Urlaub dort, aber wen das nicht stört, ist in der Villa Augustina genau richtig!

Tolles Ferienhaus für große Familie

Zwei wunderschönen Wochen sind viel zu schnell zu Ende gegangen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unsere Gastgeber versorgten uns mit allen notwendigen Tipps. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, ausgestattet. Vor allem die Außenanlage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man findet hervorragende Bademöglichkeiten in Rabac. Halbe Stunde Fahrzeit sollte allerdings berücksichtigt werden. Da wir es auch so geplant haben, war es für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und hoffentlich bis bald!

Wir haben mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene + 10 Kinder 15 J. - 1 J.) 2 Wochen Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus gemacht. Das Haus und das große Grundstück sind sehr gut, neu und liebevoll eingerichtet, es wird auf viele Details geachtet, die ganze Anlage ist super sauber. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach eine Woche getauscht. Die Villa und die gesamte Anlage ist noch besser als beschrieben. Das Grundstück mit dem Pool (wird mehrmals in der Woche sauber gemacht), Fußballplatz, Spielplatz und schöner überdachter Terrasse gibt viele Möglichkeiten. Die Fahrten zum Bäcker (ca.7 Minuten), zum Strand (ca.12 Minuten), zum Lidl, Konzum (ca. 18 Minuten) nach Rabac (ca.25 Minuten) haben uns nicht gestört. Zu empfehlen ist auch die Pizzeria Placa - hier haben wir uns mehrfach Pizza liefern lassen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, bei Fragen wurde immer schnell regiert und geholfen - TOP. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub in einem erstklassigen Haus wünscht - ist hier richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
