Modern air-conditioned house with garden!

In the heart of a quiet and residential cul-de-sac, this new house of 80m² can accommodate family, friends or workers.
Its strengths: air conditioning, great luminosity and its location close to Bordeaux.
A southern exposure, a garden of 80 m², without vis-à-vis, and with its pergola will allow you to fully enjoy your stay.
This modern house is fully equipped (plancha, raclette machine, iron, access to Netflix...) and decorated with care.
The accommodation has two bedrooms upstairs, and a sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Our house is ideally located near the Old Town of Villenave d'Ornon. You will be only 15 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, and 45 minutes from the most beautiful beach of the Basin. You will also be 35 minutes from Saint Emilion.

Maison agréable bien décorée et très bien équipée Nous y avons passé un court séjour un peu pluvieux donc on a peu profité de l’extérieur Et c’est dommage. Les chambres sont confortables mais attention dans le couloir à l’étage lorsque l’on est grand car soupente.Bon séjour tout de même .

Une belle halte

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cette maison mais elle a été très appréciée. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Un gros plus pour la clim qui a été un vrai bonheur après une journée touristique très chaude sur Bordeaux. Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui ont été très arrangeants à notre arrivée.
