Secluded but upscale property well suited for large family gatherings

This property was perfect for our needs, a large family gathering to celebrate granddaughter's completion of her medical residency in Charleston. Beaches were near-by and easily accessible. The property was well equipped with high-end appliances, furniture, and other creature comforts, including a gym! The private pool was perfect. The few glitches we did encounter (malfunctioning AC, unusable grill, and balky dishwasher) were quickly, efficiently, and graciously addressed by Kate, the property manager. Although pricey, we would definitely consider returning at some future date.

Two bedrooms are separate from the inside of the house. All the trash cans were full when we arrived. The treadmill that was shown in pics on the website did not work. There were several water problems. Two of the remotes for the ceiling fans were missing and not usable. There is only one key for the gates to go to the beach and they are difficult to use. Overall, the house was very nice. The views are incredible and the pool is nice.
