Pilgrim's Place is a modern house in a stylish urbanization at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a magnificent view over the Mediterranean landscape up to the sea.
The house has 1. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. In one of the bedrooms, the bed can also be moved to a single bed, if no 4 beds are needed. Both bathrooms, one downstairs, one upstairs, have accessible walk-in showers.
On the ground floor are living-dining room, as well as the kitchen, a storage room and a bathroom.
You can enjoy the sun on one of the terraces or Balconies, or enjoy in the private garden. At the front you can see Denia and the sea, to the rear the hill of La Sella, palm trees, plantations and of course the most blue sky.
You can choose between 2 beautiful communal pools located a few meters next to and above the house. One of the pools has a child-friendly low water in one part.
The 27-hole golf course La Sella is within walking distance, tennis center, riding stables and a small supermarket are in the immediate vicinity of the house. The beautiful beaches of Denia are scarce 6 km.

Tolles Haus

Super schönes, gemütliches Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Deutsches Fernsehen. 2 Terassen und 2 Balkone.Top. Da findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Sonnenschirme sind ausreichend vorhanden und durch die Klimaanlage lässt es sich bei hohen Temperaturen sehr gut aushalten. 2 Wäscheständer und Wäscheklammern sind vorhanden. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt. Der Pool ist nur 2 Häuser entfernt und wir hatten ihn fast immer für uns alleine. Eine sehr ruhige, gepflegte Anlage. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr, sehr freundlich. Iris ist super hilfsbereit bei Fragen und kümmert sich sofort. Solche Vermieter wünscht man sich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Réservé à ceux qui aiment la promiscuité

Les 2 points faibles de cette location sont sa propreté, tout juste acceptable à l'intérieur à notre arrivée mais vraiment insuffisante à l'extérieur (les terrasses et escaliers n'ont vu ni balai et encore moins serpillère depuis des lustres) et le voisinage immédiat (l'une des maisons mitoyennes) qui nous a fait fait profiter des aboiements de leur chien à toutes les heures du jour mais aussi de... l'aspirateur fonctionnant lui aussi tôt le matin. Sachant qu'il n'y avait environ qu'1 maison sur 4 occupée, je n'ose imaginer quand le taux de remplissage est maximum. Sinon rien à redire sur la maison en elle-même.

Maison très agréable, séjour parfait

Je recommande cette location. La maison est très agréable et parfaitement bien équipée. Les deux terrasses permettent de profiter de l'extérieur en fonction de l'ensoleillement du matin et de l'après-midi. Les deux balcons sont très sympas également. Les extérieurs et la piscine commune sont bien entretenus. Il y a un emplacement auto devant la maison. Seul bémol, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller faire les courses et/ou aller à la plage, mais cela permet de visiter les alentours et de découvrir des coins sympas comme la Marina de Dénia, la grande plage d'Oliva... Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et la référente sur place. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.
