About this property

We welcome you to our newly updated home, just a leisurely stroll away from the Big House and a just a few minutes drive from downtown Ann Arbor. With 4 bedrooms, two sitting / entertaining areas, a large dining room that seats 10, a newly remodeled open kitchen (gas range and two ovens!), and a 400 square foot deck for outdoor relaxation at your disposal, you can enjoy the festivities, events and games in town and return to a spacious modern retreat. The outdoor deck has eating and seating areas that can accommodate 10 people with ease. The house has a large landscaped and fenced backyard surrounded by over 30 trees. The circular driveway can accommodate several cars, and our corner lot also offers on-street parking.

Great property and responsive host!

I came to Ann Arbor for a guys weekend/football weekend and Chris was a great host. House was clean, as pictured, and very spacious. We enjoyed the walkout deck to unwind and relax - thanks again Chris and Yvonne!

Close to the Big House - Nice Neighborhood

The house itself was spacious, both inside the house, and with a sizable backyard with a nice deck. The location was very convenient for us to attend the University of Michigan's commencement ceremony at the Big House. We all walked to Michigan Stadium which was about a 30 minute walk away. The host was very responsive the one or two times I had questions during our visit.

Nice house. Over a mile from the stadium

Had a great time. Location in a suburban setting. Cleaners had left some Burger King in the fridge (no big deal). Overall the place was clean and comfortable.

Short Stay for Game

Property is about 1.7 miles from Michigan stadium, came in with a group of friends for a game, house worked fine for our group. Communication with owner was very good.

Graduation Weekend

A perfect spot for our family of 7 which included 2 elderly parents and our lab. Quiet neighborhood for walks and a fantastic back porch for relaxing. The location provided ease to get to the stadium on a busy graduation weekend.
