Thank you for the kind words. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the house and the great location, especially the easy walk to Town Lift. We would love to host you again, so please keep us in mind for your next trip.
Very nice house. We had some problems with the water being shut off almost daily. The maintenance guy came out on Christmas Eve to show us how to reset the switch. Great location to town. Great house for adults—not so much for young children/toddlers due to the stairs both up and down.

The location of this property is incredibly - walking distance to everything in PC and nearly ski on/off given proximity to the Town Lift. All of the rooms were great, and we really enjoyed the amenities (shuffleboard & hot tub). Would definitely come back to this property!

House was great! Fit our large group and had plenty of space. Great location, easy walk to Main Street and all the great restaurants and shops near by. Only thing of note, was late check in and early out time but the mangers were very gracious and let us store our luggage when we landed early. Awesome stay!

12 friends all in our 30’s went here for a ski trip and it was great. Close to town/town lift, clean and well-maintained house. Bigger than pictures suggest.

The house is very clean, with a great layout for a group of friends or family. You walk 1 block to access the ski trail, and then ski down 50 yards to the town lift. Very convenient.

The house was great. Plenty of space, the house was exactly like appeared in the pictures online. The kids never wanted to leave the downstairs play room. We had a small issue with the refrigerator leaking water on the floor when using the filtered water, but a maintenance member came out and quickly resolved the issue. Overall it was a great house and perfect location!

Thanks a bunch for your positive feedback, Brent! We're thrilled you and the kids enjoyed the space and amenities, especially the playroom. Apologies for the hiccup with the fridge, but we're glad our maintenance team swiftly took care of it for you. Looking forward to hosting you again in our perfect location!
Beds were great and kitchen was stocked. Broken under mount lights in kitchen, broken ice maker in fridge, very old washer/dryer that temperamentally overflowed with large wash, no reading lamps in any bedroom (2 were brought from rental management company). Seemed like property needed a new facelift. Location was ski in ski out as long as town lift is open. We could not return that way (maybe due to ski patrol strike) and we heard that property is not owned by vail resorts and may not be around in the future (not verified).

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the location, and we appreciate your kind words about the beds and kitchen, John. We do apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay, such as the broken kitchen lights, ice maker, and washer/dryer. We understand how these details can impact your overall experience, and we will prioritize addressing them to ensure everything is in working order for future guests.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of reading lamps and the condition of the property. We're continuously working to improve and update the property, and your comments help guide those efforts. We understand the ski-in/ski-out access is crucial, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the town lift situation.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We would love to welcome you back in the future with an improved experience.
Our group of nine guys enjoyed this house. Perfect for adults who don't mind walking a short distance to the end of the street in ski boots where you ski down to the Town Lift and get on the mountain. We had no car, but used Uber and the Park City bus system to get around with no problem. Central location makes it easy to get to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley and it's close to plenty of restaurants. We used a grocery delivery service and the host graciously allowed us to use their office to change and get ready for skiing when we arrived early. Tons of room in the house, hot tub was perfect. Big garage to store gear and get ready in the morning. Would stay here again.

It sounds like your group had an epic ski trip, Christopher! We're delighted that our property provided the convenience and comfort you needed for a seamless vacation. Your adventurous spirit and positive feedback are much appreciated—we'd be thrilled to welcome you back anytime! Thanks for the 5-star review!
Location is fantastic. Its an easy flight of stairs to Town Lift and a 10 minute walk the other direction to the PCMR base. The house was a disappointment for our size crew. There are five bedrooms. Three are great. The master is spacious and the bunk room was perfect for the five kids. The other lower level bedroom is too small. The bed runs wall-to-wall and there is no room to store your luggage. The ‘secondary master’ on the top level is a sea of low vaulted ceiling angles a 5’-2” person will hit their head on constantly. The showerhead in the bath is so awkwardly positioned it’s tough to rinse away soap. The house isn’t meant to suit the number of people it is advertised to support; typical in a ski town. There were other preventable problems:Two comforters were urine soaked when we arrived. These houses have to be turned over quickly, but what a poor cleaning program. The lower level flooded on our first night due to some sort of plumbing issue maintenance staff seemed to know about. Destroyed headphones, damaged a laptop, soaked a bunch of clothing. The kitchen sink flooded the kitchen floor on night three when the p-trap fell apart. Management was wonderful before and throughout the trip, particularly in dealing with the issues.Could be unlucky, or a fluke, but the problems were impactful and I can’t rate the place highly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, Kenneth. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the incredible location of the home and found the master and bunk rooms well-suited for your group, especially the convenience of being steps from the Town Lift and just a short walk to the PCMR base.
We appreciate your kind words regarding our management team—it means a lot to know you felt supported throughout your stay. Our team truly values guest communication and aims to respond quickly and professionally to any concerns.
We recognize how inconvenient unforeseen issues can be in the midst of a vacation, and we are frustrated these concerns occurred during your time with us. The plumbing concern referenced was caused by a washer malfunction, which was fully resolved with a brand-new unit installed on the second day of the stay. We are grateful that the kitchen sink’s clog was able to be addressed at your request during that same visit, though no prior report had been made about a leak or issue. We also worked directly with your guest to reimburse the damaged headphones mentioned, but no additional items were submitted for support.
In regard to the cleaning concerns, we wish feedback had been provided to our team during the stay, and we would have gladly addressed any issue had we been notified. Cleanliness and comfort are priorities in our preparation for every arrival, and we remain committed to thorough inspections and proactive guest care.
While we understand that the layout of the home may not be ideal for every group’s preferences, the space is accurately represented in our listing to help travelers make the best choice for their needs.
Thank you again for sharing both the highlights and areas of concern—it’s through this dialogue that we continue to improve and ensure all guests feel cared for and accommodated.
This house was perfect for our group visiting town for our friends' wedding. Walking to town took just a few minutes. There's a great pedestrian path behind the neighborhoods that brings you straight to the main street.
The house had absolutely everything we needed and was even better than the pictures. We are so grateful we were able to stay in this beautiful home! Great location for exploring Park City!
Thank you for your 4-star review, Jim! We appreciate your feedback and are glad you had a positive experience. Hope to host you again soon!
