About this property

Built in 2010, this cottage was built exclusively to be enjoyed as a beach vacation rental! The main floor includes a bedroom with queen bed, full bath with custom tile shower, great room with cozy gas fireplace, galley kitchen with loads of space and counter seating, lakefront dining and cozy enclosed porch leading out to the deck with spectacular lake and sunset views. The 2nd floor includes a loft with daybed, bedroom with queen bed, full bath with tub/shower and cozy reading nook overlooking the great room and views to the lake. The lower level studio includes a queen bed, full bath with shower, additional dining area, wine bar counter with seating and walk-out access to the grilling porch and path to the beach.
Central air, first floor washer and dryer, cable and internet are all included with this family friendly cottage!
Located just across the street from Adventure Zone, tennis court, basketball court and playground, their will always be something for the kids to enjoy! Adults will find themselves just a short walk from the fabulous Lake House Winery and Crosswinds Grille, nightlife on the strip, hiking, biking at Geneva on the Lake State Park, and just relaxing on the beach or on the porch with a great book. For the sight seers and wine enthusiasts, Grand River Valley wineries and the areas covered bridges are just a short drive away. Several tour companies are available for custom day trips.

Great Location

Great views of the lake. There aren't that many properties on Lake Erie that are actually on the water--we really enjoyed that!

Girls weekend

This was the best weekend getaway/girls trip. The location was perfect rite on the lake walking distance to a lot. Even tho it was as off season we enjoyed the winery’s . We plan on making this a yearly trip.

80th bday celebration

Location is great especially for summertime I assume. Being early March it was a bit of a ghost town but we expected that. Very nice view and enjoyed the closed in porch for morning coffee. We had a party of 8 and the pull out sofa was broken hence a little problem there. I reached out to owner just because we were relying on that couch for sleeping arrangements. If you have younger guests probably not an issue with sleeping on couch but we had older guests and would have liked beds that were offered. I would have brought an air mattress if I knew the couch was not an option. Also, could not find extra linens if we were able to use pullout. All and all, our visit was nice and enjoyed the stay. We did call another number that was listed and left a message about a lock issue but never heard back from them even just to check in and make sure no other issues. So my main complaint would be communication.

Perfect!

The cottage was perfection! We loved our stay and felt right at home. The location was awesome and we had everything we needed for our stay. Waking up and drinking our coffee while watching the lake was so peaceful. The only downside was that we couldn’t fully enjoy being on the lake (January in NE Ohio) but that only motivates us to want to return during the summer, so we will absolutely be back!
