Our charming T3 of 54 m2 at the top of a terrace, will welcome you in all simplicity to make you discover Le Lavandou and its 12 sandy beaches. <br>Located on the beginning of the heights of Le Lavandou, you can access by stairs in 10 minutes on foot to the centre of Le Lavandou, and 15 minutes to the large beach. <br>The apartment is on the ground floor. You have a terrace and a small garden, with a beautiful oak tree. You can rest there, and in the evening enjoy after a small aperitif, the plancha, which will naturally be returned clean. <br>The garage will allow you to park without hindrance. However, check the dimensions 2.26 wide, 1.82 high and 4.90 long.<br>The garden is unfenced.<br>The lush nature and the magnificent landscapes of the Var coast will delight walkers, cyclists, but also those who come to take a break. The month of February offers the opportunity to admire the mimosas in bloom! A real pleasure for the eyes.<br>You can enjoy the 12 kilometres of cycle path, but also take the little train of Le Lavandou which makes stops at the beaches.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Lage. Klimatisiert und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Garage ist sehr praktisch dazu.Es gab ein Problem mit dem Kühlschrank, aber die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief wirklich gut. Frühstück auf der Terrasse war jeden Morgen sehr schön. Leider kein Internet, das wäre evlt. noch gut. Danke!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, schöner Garten, Gastgeber war immer erreichbar. Dir Wohnung liegt auf einem Hügel, der sehr steil ist. Mit Kinderwagen war das ein bisschen ungeschickt, aber alles machbar.

Tolle, zentrumsnahe Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Die Wohnung entspricht absolut den Fotos. Alles ist neu renoviert und liebevoll dekoriert. Von der Terasse hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und man genießt die Sonne bis zum frühen Abend. In 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Centre ville.
