## The Home

This beautifully appointed home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and features:

* 4 spacious bedrooms
* 5 full bathrooms (including a full outdoor pool bath)
* 5 beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and 1 twin futon
* Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
* Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living area
* Spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area
* Modern coastal décor with high-end finishes throughout

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a touchscreen refrigerator, wine cooler, ice maker, stove, and everything needed to prepare memorable family meals—or cook the day's fresh catch.

Wake up to breathtaking Gulf views from your private balcony and unwind each evening while enjoying Marathon's spectacular sunsets.

## Outdoor Living

The outdoor space is designed to make the most of the Florida Keys lifestyle.

Enjoy a private heated pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, full outdoor bathroom, covered entertaining areas, and an LED-lit pool and deck that create a beautiful evening ambiance.

The pool features a **saltwater chlorination system**, providing a more comfortable swimming experience without the use of traditional liquid bleach.

Pool and spa heat are available for **$300 per week** and must be arranged before arrival.

**Heating Schedule**
Pool: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (maximum temperature 88°F)
Spa: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (maximum temperature 98°F)

Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.

## Boater’s Paradise

Perla Blanca is an excellent choice for boaters and anglers. The home sits on a **deep-water canal with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico**, allowing you to get on the water quickly and spend more time enjoying the Florida Keys.

For those heading to the Atlantic Ocean, **Vaca Cut is approximately 10 minutes away by boat**, providing convenient access from the Gulf side to the ocean for offshore fishing, diving, snorkeling, and boating adventures.

The property includes a 35-foot private dock, water and electricity at the dock, fish cleaning station, bait freezer, and two single kayaks for guest use.

One boat up to 35 feet is permitted during your stay.

Please note that the owner's boat remains on the lift but does not affect your dock space or waterfront views.

## Included Amenities

Sandy Palms Vacations provides a complimentary starter package including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, and hand soap.

These supplies are intended to help guests settle in comfortably. Additional supplies will be needed for the remainder of your stay.

Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

## House Rules & Important Information

Saturday-to-Saturday reservations only (alternate dates require prior approval).

Minimum booking age is 25 years. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests at any time, including visitors. No pets, smoking, parties, or events are permitted.

Parking accommodates one boat trailer under 40 feet and up to three vehicles.

**Check-out:** 10:00 AM

Arrival instructions, driving directions, and your access code will be emailed approximately 48 hours before arrival.

Our Quality Control Team performs a final inspection on arrival day to ensure the home is in perfect condition for your stay.

For security purposes, exterior surveillance cameras monitor the outside of the property only.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
