In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 650 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Matterhorn glacier paradise" 80 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 80 m, ski school 700 m, children's ski school. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
2-room apartment 55 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Simple and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with (length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Side view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

The place was very clean which is a big positive for us. It is in a quiet part of the town. The trails are easily accessed from the property. The bathwater was nice and hot. There were a few things that could have been improved upon. The lighting in the dining/living room was very dim. The refrigerator made a constant high pitch noise when it was running. We could not find the climate control/thermostat so it was warm at night even with the windows open.

praktische, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war praktisch eingerichtet, mit genügend Stauraum für 4 Personen. Lage ideal, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Klein-Matterhornbahnen. Geräumiger Skiraum. Möbilierung etwas dunkel (dunkles Holz) und spärliche Lichtquellen.

Close to Gondola but Missing Basic Ammenities

This place was very close to the gondola and easy access from the main street. The place was also nice. However, we encountered the following issues. 1) Check in place was closed on Wednesday, which was contradictory to our paperwork and made it very hard to find and get in our place 2) No toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival, we had to buy our own 3) No soap in the bathroom to wash hands, we had to buy our own 4) bed sheets were hidden in a closet and hard to find

Nice cosy apartment very close to the Matterhorn Express ski lift

Cosy apartment of decent size. Everything worked well - internet fast enough to stream XXX, good bathroom with bath and shower, and kitchen including oven, hobs, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Would consider booking again

Schöne Wohnung an Toplage

Die Wohnung liegt 100 Meter von der Gondelbahn Matterhorn Glacier Paradise entfernt; die Lage ist somit hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist sauber; die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Das "Besondere" an dieser Wohnung ist, dass sie keinen einzigen Tisch und keinen einzigen Stuhl hat. Es gibt eine "Frühstücksbar" mit vier Barhockern bei der Küche und einen niedrigen Wohnzimmer-Sofa-Tisch. Im Wohnzimmer steht auch ein grosses Sofa, das nachts als Doppelbett aufgeklappt werden kann. Es ist sehr bequem. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett (zwei einzelne Betten); ausserdem kann ein Schrankbett ausgeklappt werden. Das Badezimmer ist sehr komfortabel mit Badewanne, separater Duschkabine und sehr viel Stauraum. Den grossen Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir den ganzen Tag Skifahren waren.
