The house is located near the city centre, 5 minutes from the train station, 2km from the City of Carcassonne, 20 m from the Canal du Midi with the possibility of walking along the canal, hiking, 3km from Lake La Cavayere and going around the Canal du Midi by boat and a few minutes by car from the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.
