Although not right on the beach, the property was very accommodating and well-equipped. The beach is actually close and easy to walk to, though you do need to cross a main road, which isn't bad during slow traffic. You can also drive there easily in less than 2 minutes. The pool is a big plus and well-maintained. Any questions or needs we had were met in a timely manner and taken care of quickly. The other plus was the location of the house, as anything you needed (restaurants, shopping etc.) was very close by. I will recommend this place.

We had a great time at the house! The location was good - walkable to restaurants and the beach. Kitchen was well stocked as well. The kids had a great time in the pool and game room!

Amazing stay

We go on a family vacation every year since my 5-year-old son was born with my in-laws and parents. We always come to Jax beach, and we've used Welcome home many times. This property was perfect for us and was so spacious. We enjoyed that majority of things being on one level. The pool and backyard was very nice. The beach is a few blocks away and it was nice they offer a Wagen and beach chairs. Very close to grocery stores and a nice Bruch restaurant a block away. We will be staying again next year for sure. They allowed us to check in early and if we had any questions or problems, they were fast at responding.

We gathered with two of our daughters and their family. The two en suites were perfect and the house was very roomy. The pool and outside area was beautiful unfortunately it was rainy and we were not able to use as much although our grandchildren still enjoyed the pool. The game room was awesome and was enjoyed by all. The beach was just a short walk. One of the best homes we have stayed and highly recommend.

I wish I lived in this house and neighborhood

This is my second time renting through welcome home rentals in Jacksonville and will always rent through them! Theyā€™re always so incredibly responsive and make the whole process from start to finish extremely easy. Both the homes we have rented were super clean and had thorough instructions. Thereā€™s always plenty of towels, beach equipment, kitchen essentials, and a clean pool. I rent places frequently both around Florida and other parts of the country, but Welcome Home Rentals is at the top for experience. Canā€™t say enough positive things about them :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Pool was decent size for my 2, 4 and 6 year olds to splash around in and was well shaded in the afternoon. A very nice property with for families with children. The host was very responsive and replaced the beach wagon quickly when we said the wheels of the one originally there weren't working properly.

We had an amazing stay! The pool, put put, and game room were awesome. The pool is so beautiful at night, just the right height for swiming without diving. The game room was perfect for those spotty Florida storms that pop up. It would be a great house for family vacation, girls trip, or any gathering of friends. We had a group of 3 teens, 3 kids under 10, 2 seniors and 2 adults. We all had a great time and there was plenty of space. We did have to use an air mattress for the youngest but he did not mind.

Absolutely incredible stay! This home exceeded all expectations. The amenities were truly next-level ā€” the pool and putting green were off the charts! The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully organized, with every detail in place to make our stay perfect. The secluded backyard offered the perfect peaceful escape, and there was so much to do without ever leaving the house. From fun nights in with activities for the kids to having everything you could need for a beach day, this home had it all. Clean, well-maintained, and packed with comfort and entertainment ā€” we will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

Why didnā€™t I book a longer stay?

I had a fabulous five day stay at Beachwalk in early April. What a wonderful property. This property has everything you needā€¦ a lap pool, putting green, Game room, and the most comfortable beds ever! The place is so stocked and even had lots of beach chairs for our beach days. I had a wonderful time visiting with college friends and plan to return. This location tops my places rating revisit. Thank you for everything!

The house was beautiful. Very spacious. Loved that everyone had their own area and bathroom. Very pet friendly! The game room, putt-putt area, and pool were so much fun! Great location! Close to great restaurants, St. Augustine, and friendly neighbors! We would definitely stay here again!

Best Beach Weekend!

Hello, we had a wonderful weekend.....3 couples were celebrating...2 birthdays. There was plenty of room for all of us. The outside and entertainment space is amazing and there was plenty to do and a short walk to the beach. The property management was amazing. Very accommodating and excellent communication. The house is very tastefully decorated and well stocked in the Kitchen for all of your needs. Would definitely book this location again.
