Ein sehr schönes Haus mit großem eingezäuntem Grundstück. Einrichtung und Möbel sind zum Teil abgenutzt und könnten ausgetauscht werden. Ein Schlafzimmer ist hübsch renoviert. Die Kommunikation mit Nicole war unkomplizert und freundlich.

En plein centre de l'île, cette maison est idéalement située pour gagner les plages sur les différentes côtes, en voiture ou en vélo. Autre avantage de cette location, la proximité avec toutes les sources d'approvisionnement, dont le marché quotidien de St Pierre à 5mn en vélo. Maison très bien équipée ; le beau temps nous attirant à l'extérieur, nous avons vite oublié l'absence de Wi-Fi et l'accès difficile au réseau 4G.

Bon accueil. Une maison simple avec de bonnes prestations. Situation au milieu de l'île d'oleron ce qui permet de se déplacer assez facilement partout. Un bon séjour

Jolie maison très bien située

La maison est vraiment sympa, à quelques pas du centre ville de Saint Pierre, proche de la piste cyclable tout en restant au calme. La maison est sur un grand terrain cloturé. La propriétaire répond rapidement et est arrangeante. Bien que certaines pièces ont été rénovés , d'autres demandent encore quelques rafraichissements ( peintures, placards, sanitaires). La vaisselle , elle aussi , est un peu vieillissante et dépareillée.Ce ne sont que de petits détails et tout cela ne nous m’empêchera pas de revenir louer ce bien si l'occasion se présente.
