Welcome to Beachfire Bungalow, a sweet little 3 bed/2 bath home located on the shores of beautiful Lake Norman. Dig your toes in the sand of your own private backyard beach while gazing out at the wide water views. Whether you're bringing your own boat or planning to rent one, guests can pull right up to our private dock! Motorized boating not your thing? You're welcome to use our two kayaks and life jackets to explore the lake. Guests get to enjoy waterfront dining right on our deck-- no long waits and you'll always get the best table! Finally, unwind after a day of fun with a soak in the hot tub or by sitting around a fire on the beach.

Inside, the master bedroom has a king size bed, cable television, and large bathroom with an oversized shower and stacked washer/dryer. The second bedroom has a California king bed with beautiful views of the lake. The third bedroom has two Twin XL beds, comfortable for both children or adults alike. There is a bathroom with full-size tub and shower located between the two bedrooms. Lounge on the comfortable sectional sofa in the living room while watching cable TV or stream movies on your device using our Wifi. Please note: The fireplace in the living room is inoperable and for appearances only. The kitchen offers an expandable table plus bar seating, an oven with a second smaller oven below, glass cooktop stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and drip coffee pot.

Located just 32 miles from Uptown Charlotte, Beachfire Bungalow is convenient to many area attractions besides Lake Norman. Your hosts, Conor and Ali, are Mooresville locals and are happy to provide restaurant, shopping, and activity recommendations.

Beachfire Bungalow is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with friendly nearby neighbors on each side of the house. It's a perfect vacation home for small families or groups of friends who aren't looking to party. Though the house sleeps 6, no more than 8 people are allowed on the property at any given time. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 3 large vehicles and street parking is prohibited. **PLEASE NOTE: Any car parked on the street may be towed.**

We have strict quiet hours from 10pm-7am and require that all conversation be brought indoors after 10pm. It is our highest priority to provide a wonderful vacation experience for our guests while maintaining the quiet residential atmosphere of the neighborhood for those who live here full time. If our restrictions aren't a good fit for your group, please book elsewhere.

Note: This property is dog-friendly with host approval. Pet fee is $115 per dog +tax.

A perfect week

Really nice property, exactly as advertised. Ali was a great host, she was very attentive to any questions we had and proactive so we didn't have many! The kids enjoyed kayaking and the dock and my wife enjoyed the beach area and s'mores by the fireplace!

We used the lake house as a home base to enjoy Carowinds, Billy Graham Library, Trackhouse Motorplex, and many other area attractions. The house had everything we needed and gorgeous views of the lake. Immediate neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a nice week!!

End of summer Getaway

My husband, myself and our little dog stayed at this property the week of Labor Day. It was cozy, clean, quiet and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and church. The neighborhood was peaceful and we enjoyed several long walks with our dog. The beach area during the day was very relaxing after a swim in the lake and at night we enjoyed sitting by the fire.

Lake front beachy feel

Great location and property. Easy access to the lake from the sandy beach. Great also for families with a dog or dogs that love the water. Our dog spent most of the day either in the water or on the boat. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very cozy house! We had a blast!

Lake Norman is a beautiful area! The house was super nice and clean, beach and lake were beautiful, hot tub was an added bonus, Webber grill was awesome for burgers, stay exceeded our expectations. Ali was a super nice host and communication was great with her. Lots of stuff to do near by, our new favorite area.

Such a Great Retreat!

We recently moved to North Carolina but we had to wait for the closing of our house. We chose to stay on the lake for two weeks and what a great choice. The setting was the perfect way to kick off summer and get settled in to North Carolina. We had great interactions with the host and could not have enjoyed it more.

The house was in great shape and perfect for our family of 5. We had a boat delivered to our dock and spent as much time outside as possible. We even had family pictures taken on the beach. It was a perfect display of Lake Norman.

Fabulous Stay on Lake Norman

We loved this property and would definitely stay there again! The dock and yard are beautiful and pristinely maintained. The home was super clean upon checking in and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy a dinner with a view of the beautiful lake. We loved the hot tub as well. The property felt private and neighborhood is lovely and nice and quiet. We rented a boat from the marina right across from the house - it could not have been easier. 10/10!!

This property is a 10/10. Great communication with the owners. The house and property were immaculate upon our arrival and no detail was spared. The kayaks and life jackets that were available to use on the property gave us hours of fun on the lake. We spent most nights cooking at the house, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine, as well as relaxing on the dock. We will definitely be booking this rental for our next visit.

Family vacation at the lake

Family vacation. Included my husband & myself, our son, his wife their 3yr daughter & 7week old daughter & a great dane Check in was easy..communication was great.The house is very comfortable and roomy.,beds were comfortable, love that there was extra toothbrush incase you 4 got ,1st aid kit,extra TP, tissues in every room,extra trash bags,paper towels, beach towels, laundry detergent,books to read games to play... All the little extra supplies is a very much appreciated.The beach area was beautiful(.shade was always available for baby & dog).perfect for the 3yr old to play in & adults too We spent most are day in the water. Rented a pontoon.the new dock is very nice. Huge deck only wish it had a rooftop for some shade..the deck gets very hot on barefeet. We All had a great time..we cant wait to come back.. My only complaint would be. A bigger table inside to all eat together..it was too hot to eat dinner outside on deck table.. Thank you for opening up your home.. we Loved it..We had a Great time. Great location to explore the Lake Norman area

Super cute cottage with great views! We loved the location as we were exploring neighborhoods around the lake for our retirement. It was a short drive to excellent food and shopping; we enjoyed our stay immensely.
