Nice cozy stay within walking distance of downtown

My family and I stayed at Adam's home for a month. He was friendly and responsive, going beyond my expectations in several regards. He setup the twin beds in a bunk bed configuration for my children, he prestocked the house with an array of local foods and drinks. He also dropped off some fresh eggs and homegrown blackberries as one point. The neighbors were all very friendly. The house is a 3-4 minute walk to 3 different grocery stores and about 10 minutes or so to the edge of downtown. I was working remotely from the house and I had no issues with the internet.
