This piece of paradise is a private guest house located on the Intracoastal waterway with gated grounds on a private street. This beautifully updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment features an intimate walkway to private beach access. Guests are also welcome to use the garden, breakfast area on the intra coastal waterway, outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Great apartment located in very peaceful location on secluded street facing the Intracoastal with private beach access. Private residence is gated with parking space inside the gate. Beautiful Intracoastal and garden views. Garden with torches to be lit in the evening, sitting area on the waterway to watch boats go by, barbeque for outdoor cooking and 2 bicycles to be used if needed for exercise. Chairs are available at the beach. The residence is located near downtown Delray Beach, within minutes of East Atlantic Avenue which has a village-like feel. You will find all the activities the city has to offer - Pineapple Grove Arts District, beach-side dining, shopping, as well as music, dancing and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Mizner Park, ½ hour away from Palm Beach and ½ hour away from Fort Lauderdale. Washer and dryer can be used if needed. A place you will love near all the possible action you can want and at the same time quiet and serene if desired.
