On an open nature plot in Nr. Lyngby north of Løkken lies this vacation home with separtate outbuilding, where a nice hobby room has been created. The main house has large windows, is spacious and has white painted walls - making it look incredibly bright and inviting. A beautiful living room with stylish furniture and a brick fireplace exude warmth and coziness. The kitchen is very well equipped and is open to the beautiful living room. You will also find 2 very nice bathrooms in the same style - one large with double shower and nice 2-person jacuzzi. In all rooms there are either tile or wooden floors. From the terrace you have access to the separate building with pool table, music system and darts.

The cozy vacation towns of Løkken and Lønstrup, where there are cozy little stores, nice restaurants and last but not least many artisans, are tempting for excursions. Both areas invite for nice walks in the beautiful nature and on the wide sandy beaches. Regardless of the season, they are always worth a visit.

Architektur schön, Haus leider arg vernachlässigt

Anreise und einchecken problemlos, Haus war geheizt, augenscheinlich sauber, Boden aber nur gefegt, nicht gewischt! Bei näherem hinsehen nur oberflächlich sauber! Essstühle sind sowohl an den Füßen als auch an den Sitzflächen beschädigt! Durch erstes wird gleich auch der Bodenbelag beschädigt! Der Kunststoffbezug der Stühle löst sich auf! Für bis zu 8 Personen definitiv zu wenig Platz im Wohnbereich. Schlafzimmer klein aber ausreichend bis auf die Betten! 140x200 ist ziemlich klein! Matratzen und Kopfkissen mit Rändern von Körperflüssigkeiten! Fenster kann man nur kippen! Im Wohnbereich nur eine Terrassentür zu öffnen, alle anderen Fenster sind nicht zu öffnende Scheiben! Kamin funktioniert gut! Haus ist gut isoliert! Küche war ok, Pfannen sehr klein! Töpfe ausreichend vorhanden! Sauna ist nach unserer Meinung eine Fehlkonstruktion! Dadurch dass der Ofen unter einer Bank ist, wird diese so heiß dass man darauf nicht sitzen kann! Grundstück durch Dauerregen unter Wasser! Gummistiefel machen Sinn! Zur Nordsee 9 Minuten zu Fuß! Spielhaus grundsätzlich eine gute Idee, wenn Dartpfeile heil sind! Gleiches gilt für die Queues! Badewanne für die Warmwasserbereitung viel zu groß, bei halb voller Wanne ist das Warmwasser aufgebraucht! Zudem war die Wanne alles andere als sauber! Der Yacuzzi mag ja ganz nett sein, wir nutzen es aber grundsätzlich nicht, mann müsste vorher drei Grundreinigungen machen! Im Fazit gut gemeinte 3 Punkte im Preis Leistungsverhältnis!

Mooi huis in een saaie omgeving

Mooi huis waar de bedden echt niet passen bij de uitstraling. 3 x een bed van 1.40 breed is echt te smal. Verder ook geen aparte bedden behalve de extra matrassen op t zoldertje.
