In the Turks and Caicos on the Island of Providenciales, near the most sought-after location of Grace Bay. The French Riviera enclave, built in 2004 is reminiscent of a small French village. Located in the lower left (as pictured) of a four-unit building. Located just steps off Grace Bay Beach (Ranked Best Beach in the World by TA 2018 - 2024, Conde Nast 2022-2024 and also Remax,) area of Providenciales. Grace Bay. It's directly behind the famed Grace Bay Club, with public beach access to all the amenities. The location is very private with warm tropical breezes and lush landscaping. It's a two story building with Provo Villa on the first floor, left side. It's a two bedroom two bath unit. Please note, one of the showers is off the private back patio, adjacent to the master bedroom and is an enclosed Caribbean style shower. There is also a private sunning area in back . Very tropical.

There is a full kitchen and screened in front porch. The porch has a table and comfortable chairs for your outdoor relaxing and a laundry room. A back patio with privacy fencing and low voltage lighting, outdoor shower, weber gas grill and table & Chairs . A newly installed backup generator with automatic transfer switch is a great amenity.
Only a two minute walk to the famed Grace Bay Beach - consistently rated one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Marvelous turquoise ocean and thirteen miles of powder white sand. You can walk on the beach for sunset and have a tropical cocktail at the Grace Bay Club's Infinity Bar. Conveniently located to the Provo golf course, a ten-minute walk to over 10 restaurants, beach bars, shopping areas and the grocery store: Graceway Gourmet. All water Sports and tours can be arranged at the very close dive shops nearby (Dive Provo) or directly out front on the beach with any of the strolling Water Sport vendors. The condo is fully equipped with all appliances, including the refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and stacked washer & dryer. A new 50" TV is wall mounted. NEW quiet wall mounted A/C in all rooms and five ceiling fans keep the place very comfortable. Tastefully decorated in the Seaside colors. The primary bedroom has a queen bed (replaced 1/2020) , the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds that can easily be pushed together, and there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room which folds out to a bed. All linens are included, beach towels and beach chairs, Beach BUB Umbrellas and a rolling cart are available for your use. Child's High Chair and pack and play available please ask for in advance though.

There is a large pool and lounge area and a new ( 2021 ) Pool House Bathroom. The small round pool in the photo is NOT a jacuzzi/ whirlpool, just a small pool warmed by the sun. There is a Community Gas Grill Poolside.
Located in the best location of Providenciales, directly behind Grace Bay Club - Grace Bay walkable and convenient to all you can possibly want on your vacation. Breathtaking miles of turquoise ocean. Beautiful long beach walks, amazing sunsets.

Close to main resorts and facilities. Public access to Grace Bay Club with all its beautiful, restaurants, have a drink at their Infinity Bar to watch sunsets. Spa facilities available at all major resorts close by.

Comfort and Location Haven

Our family loved our stay. The location is ideal to access the beach and shops, and to pick up tours and activities from the beach. The condo is very comfortable and has all amenities to make the stay easy. The information pack prior to arrival and communication with Brian and Stephanie was very helpful allowing us to truly relax. We will be back!

Wow What a Place

The condo was amazing. Clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. The pool was perfect for our older family members and the beach was just a 2 minute walk away. This area was well within walking distance to the downtown area and all the restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and loved the outdoor shower. We look forward to our next visit and will only stay here.

Winter escape!

This island inspired condo proved the perfect fit for a family/winter escape. Conveniently located, close to the action but far enough off the grid for a quit evening, it was exactly what we needed to recharge, and escape the Canadian winter. Located within walking distance of the beautiful Grace Bay Beach, shopping and some of the best dining offered on Provo. With car rentals close at a hand for the adventurous tourist, you couldn't asks for a more.

Amazing location and great apartment with perfect hosts

First of all the convenient location of the villa is just too good to be true, literally 100 feet away from the most beautiful beach. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything you need for the family. Hosts are super friendly and always available to answer all your questions. The unit also has a great bbq area with a grill a huge table that sits 8 ppl, a pool and jacuzzi which we used a few times for a private dinner. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great first time in TCI

We stayed a week at this very comfortable condo. It had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach (4 minutes) to grocery store Graceway Gourmet 10 minutes! Beach is beautiful! Definitely recommend 100%! Thank you to the host Stephanie who was always available for any questions.

Best vacation ever!

La Castalet was an amazing property situated a very short walk to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen (and I have traveled extensively). Susie, the owner, is very accomodating, her place is immaculate (pictures are accurate) and the location can't be beat. It is an awesome value compared to what the resorts charge. I enjoyed my daily walk to the beach where I swam and snorkeled every day I was there. You can walk to lots of shops and restaurants (even Coco Bistro, the number one restaurant on the island). I cant wait to return.

Wonderful Rental

This was our first visit to T&C so we had a lot to learn. After spending almost a week I feel this is a perfect location. Great beaches are close, food, shopping, and sightseeing. The property is well maintained, clean, and supplied with basic needs. The pool is literally 1 minute walk away and is fabulous. We had it to ourselves every time we used it. Stephanie was always quick to respond and knows the property and island very well. I do highly recommend this property.

Fantastic enclave within walking distance of beach, restaurants and shops. Gardens and landscaping are beautiful and tropical (apparently the former owner of one the villas was a landscaper and it shows.) we felt very safe in this neighborhood and on this section of beach in front of the Grace Bay. We had a slight issue arise on our trip and contacted Stephanie for help and she was excellent; quick response and she stayed with us & helped resolve our dilemma. When we come back to Turks this is definitely where we would stay again

Amazing!

My mother and I spent a week at this apartment and it was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing, an easy two block walk to the beach and the apartment has all the beach supplies you will need. The apartment itself offers a lot of light, comfortable furniture, a beautiful screened porch, and it was very clean. We were lucky enough to meet the host Stephanie, she offered great recommendations for restaurants, excursions and beaches. Stephanie was very quick to respond to any/all questions that we had. If you are visiting the island this is the apartment to rent!

Great location and great communication

Stephanie is amazing - super responsive and provided great tips for our trip. Location is great and walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. Plenty of space for everyone (party of 5). Beds could be more comfortable, but other than that, no complaints. Stephanie went above and beyond for us. Our flight was delayed by a day and she even went to the store to get us some starter groceries so we could get straight to the beach. We had the best time and would definitely recommend staying here. Way cheaper than an all inclusive and the benefits of exploring the great dining nearby!

A pleasant, relaxing stay

Nicely appointed, clean, spacious beach getaway unit. Very well-equipped kitchen. Pool is steps away, and although not large, was almost always empty as it's serving just a handful of units. Very short walk to Grace Bay beach, although I would recommend driving to some of the other nearby beaches with fewer people. Property manager is on property a large part of the year, and was 100% responsive to our needs/requests, both prior to arrival as well as during our stay. Property is an easy walk (or just a few minute ride) to supermarket, bakery, and restaurants. Negatives on this trip were pretty much outside the realm of our rental, and focused primarily on disappointing dining, and a less-than-well-organized arrival and departure experience at the airport.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental in June. It was the perfect spot for our family of four on vacation in T&C. Kitchen was well stocked, Pool was nice after coming off the beach and bedrooms were a great size. We loved the screened in porch for our morning coffee. Only issue we had in beginning was lack of wash cloths but the manager quickly took care of that. She was super helpful and quick to respond to all questions and concerns. This is a great location in Grace Bay within walking distance near the high end resorts if you want to eat at their restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We did not rent a car and used the taxi services there.

Chilled out vacation

Overall our stay was great- fun time at the pool, good location, great host. Only snag in our stay was that someone else was staying in the bottom condo where we should have been staying when we arrived so we ended up in the top, and then switching to the bottom location a few days later once the other occupants left. This wasn't an issue with the host though, seemed to be a misunderstanding with the people who where staying there. Considering that we had to delay travel a day and adjust our dates, and switch our condo, Stephanie was a dream to work with and was so communicative and flexible with us. That made our stay worth it! Thanks!

Even Better Than Expected

Would definitely recommend this property! I was a bit skeptical that the walk to the beach was actually only two minutes but it ended up being completely accurate. Straight out of the drive and across the street and we were there. The unit had everything needed for the beach--umbrella, chairs, snorkeling equipment and a wagon to pull it all in. The pool was nice, quiet and partially shaded, perfect for the afternoon. Stephanie was extremely responsive, communicative, accommodating and helpful! Can't say enough good things about this unit and Stephanie!!

Just right.

The location was lovely. It was a bit secluded and we basically had the whole building and pool to ourselves for the first 3 or 4 days. Once some others arrived into the building, you could definitely hear they had arrived. Grace Bay is a short walk with public access straight through the resort. They have bathrooms you can use while at the beach and a bar/ restaurant if you want to order something. Other than Grace Bay, I would recommend having a rental car. The grocery is not walkable, in my opinion. Neither are the other gorgeous beaches. The water is absolutely breathtaking! As far as the interior of the home, it would be a 2.5 stars out of 5 for me. It has everything you need, including air conditioning ( an absolute must in the summer months). The walls are bright and full of interesting works of art. Overall, though, it has the feeling of a bachelor pad. The kitchen and bathrooms seem a bit neglected for cleanliness and repair. We had a great time, regardless.

I switched my cleaning person/service at the beginning of the year, and I am delighted with her performance. I spoke with Mina about this and it is our thinking that because there was a vacancy for a few weeks it needed a sprucing up. Not sure about the kitchen repair. Just perfect!

We stayed for 5 nights in June 2024 with our teenagers to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. Everything we needed for the beach was available at the condo from beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, coolers, noodles, snorkeling gears, etc… We loved how close it was to the beach, less than 5 min for sure. The beds were comfortable and the living room big enough for the 4 of us. The dining room area is now a breakfast nook and it was very comfortable. There’s an outdoor shower outside of the master bedroom and we were able to dry our clothes there in the patio. There’s even a grill you should take advantage of if you get the chance. Please follow all the recommendations from Stephanie, she was right about everything!!! We received a ton of information prior to arrival and were more than prepared to explore Grace Bay Area. If you don’t want to deal with the party crowd, I recommend Five Cays for the jet ski tours. We got the private jet skis tour and the guide was the best!!! The beach was never crowded and extremely clean. We rented a car to get around so be careful staying on the left side of the road. Communication was excellent and Stephanie answered all my questions so promptly. The area is walking distance to grocery store, shops and restaurants. It is very safe to walk unlike in some parts of Cancun or Punta Cana. I highly recommend renting this condo, it was one of the best rentals we’ve had. Huge thanks to Stephanie for everything!

Amazing location beautiful plants

The location is amazing, so close to the beach and the restaurants at Grace Bay Club are awesome, amazing food and drinks. The guest packet provided is very helpful. We did the glass bottom kayaks and they picked us up at grace bay club it was the highlight of our trip (saw turtles, sharks, conch, jellyfiah and more), we did ocean outback boat, it was just OK, we had a windy day. The beach towels and linens were nice and the wagon was perfect. The pool is so close and so pretty, we enjoyed it. The grill by the pool is used by all and not well cared for, the hot tub has no way to turn on, so we couldn't use it which was a bit disappointing, but being able to use the pool whenever is nice. Washer and dryer was perfect to have and the outdoor shower was relaxing. Property manager is very friendly and accommodating. The screened in porch is VERY helpful as the bugs at night are rough!! All the trees and plants make for a beautiful view we didn't miss a water view and our kids (2 and 4) loved looking for lizards, the landscapers event got them coconuts and opened them for them, very nice. Disappointing experience

This property is in a great location. 5-10 minute walk to grocery store and local restaurants/shopping and a short walk to the beach. One full bathroom and a curtained half bath in main bedroom. Unfortunately, we did not have hot water during our stay and the property manager told us it was because we used the lights, ac and tv. Multiple contractors in/out of the house everyday. Indifference/poor communication from property manager, owner didn't respond to email contact during trip. Very frustrating experience. Two hot showers in 6 days of a beach vacation. We were refunded two nights of our trip that the owner later stated was "a little excessive." Decent property for a beach vacation if you don't have any issues.

Kristen and her friends were offered showers at another unit for 3 of the 4 days they were without hot water. The 2 available bathrooms were sanitized especially for them each day. One day the condo they were offered directly upstairs was vacated from 7 am to 8 pm . I asked them when they wanted to use the condo and we all left the property to accommodate them 3 days in a row. Hot water was restored on Monday , They arrived Thursday night. These were tepid showers, not cold showers as one would experience in the North. They also used the white towels to remove make up, self tanner when there were specialty black wash cloths embroidered with " "MAKE UP" right by the sink. I would never rent to them again, high maintenance and slobs.

Memories

Brian’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The location was ideal for spending our days in the ocean and our evenings strolling to area restaurants. We will def. be back!

It's right in the heart of Grace Bay. Within walking distance to everything. Safe, plenty of parking.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything. Total privacy. Caribbean style shower on patio for the Queen Bedroom. Right behind the Grace Bay Club, like staying at a top 5 star resort without the 5 star prices.
