Well stocked & Space for All

We enjoyed our stay! The home was bigger than I expected from the pictures. The beds were comfortable. There were keurig pods, a full spice drawer and the host left a little treat for us. We visited Donner Lake, the Donner Tunnels and did a Truckee River float while here. William's house was a great place to recharge between activites.

Prime location!

Literally five minute drive to the slopes and any activities. Super cute house with a fun layout. Loved the fire/stove in the kitchen and being able to use the adjacent garage as a mudroom. (I’m constantly amazed by how many rentals around Tahoe don’t have a mudroom). 3 separate hang out zones was great for traveling with another family so we could have a bit of downtime without always being smushed together or having to interact. So appreciate having basics in the kitchen like coffee, tea, salt/pepper and olive oil. (This is also a trend in Tahoe I have noticed where even just essentials are purged after every guest. I understood this during covid, but the rental is supposed to be someone’s home. It’s nice when it has the things I have at home)Keep in mind that there are plenty of beds, but only 2 private bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, but only 1 shower. The home has a multitude of heating and lighting options that are independently controlled. The hosts have done their best to label them and provide instructions, but it took some time to get the hang of it.
