Family stayed here during the Leadville 50 run. It was the perfect spot for us. Great location in town. Very clean and well maintained. And actually has (unlike many other properties) some proper kitchen supplies and ingredients for those that prefer to cook and not have to buy every spice or ounce of baking powder from the grocery store! Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

My family of five had a great stay at Tara's home. It was updated with modern touches and furniture, very clean and well stocked. Each room felt spacious and comfortable. And the owners were wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again and again.

The property was very clean with plenty of towels and linens provided. The kitchen was well-stocked which made it possible for us to do a lot of cooking. Having a parking space in the driveway was nice too. The check-in instructions were clear and accurate.

Presidents Day weekend ski/snowboard family trip

We really enjoyed this home. Perfect accommodations for our family of 6 for the kids first ski and snowboard experience. Great bedrooms. Clean and cozy. Great kitchen, washer, dryer, hot water, cozy beds. Nice touch with games and spices. Appreciated plenty of clean towels.

Great house in Leadville - would stay again!

We had a great stay in this house! It is bigger than it appears online and was great for our family of 4 (with 3 beds to spare)! Well stocked and clean. Hosts were very responsive before and during the trip! We would definitely stay again when in Leadville! Only kitchen item I would have liked that wasn't there is a griddle. Plenty of hot water! Don't hesitate to stay here! We were in town to ski at Ski Cooper which we love!

Open and spacious

Wonderful home base for the Leadville 100 weekend. Great location (walkable to downtown) , clean, and well stocked. The photos don’t do this place justice with how open and spacious the house is. Large bed rooms, large wide open hallways and open kitchen. Lovely back yard with space to eat outside and for kids to play. The hosts were responsive and very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the race.

I almost don't want to write this review......

What a wonderful place and beautifully kept and equipped. I almost want to keep this as a secret, it's so good. So I booked our next stay before writing this!! From the way in which it was renovated, to little things, like the pantry has some spices, they've thought of everything. If you want a touristy ski trip, like Breckenridge, or Aspen, Leadville is not for you. If you want a place that is real and beautiful, than it is.
