About this property

Located just 2 km from the headland of Pointe de la Torche, a surfer's paradise with a beautiful beach, this functional part of a house is ideal for a beach vacation spiced with many activities. The accommodation has an open kitchen, a modern living room with French doors to a private wooden terrace and two bright bedrooms on the upper floor. Your children will enjoy themselves in the 20m² stand-up pool, which is exclusively available to guests. In the large garden, which is shared with the owner, they can play freely, there is a ping-pong table and a small lake with ducks, which is secured by a fence.

The littoral here captivates with some of the absolute most beautiful areas of Brittany: imposing lighthouses, picturesque fishing villages and sandy beaches as far as the eye can see. Stroll through the surrounding villages with their historic granite churches. Besides fresh fish and seafood, which you can buy in Guilvinec directly from the cutter, you should not miss to taste the famous Breton crêpes.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.

agréable locatif bien positionné dans un environnement proposant de nombreuses possibilités de balades et de visites. Avons pu passer une journée sur l ile de SAIN ; avons pu apprécier les cartes des restaurants des communes voisines bref une belle semaine de septembre

Eine schöne Woche im Häuschen mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Wir haben die Woche hier sehr genossen und das kleine Haus bietet an sich auch sehr gute Voraussetzungen dafür. Wir fanden allerdings, dass ein paar Dinge auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden bzw. liebervoller gestaltet werden könnten (lose Terassendielen, nicht funktionierende Lampen und Schalter, fehlendes Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, schlechter Empfang bei Wifi und Fernsehen etc.). Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber mit wenig Aufwand könnte man den Eindruck für die Gäste noch verbessern.
