About this property

Apartment near port and sandy beach. The main beach is only 700 meters away!

Our cozy apartment "Romantica" can accommodate four people.

The two rooms are spacious and bright. The facility is well maintained. Sloping ceilings, curtains and pleats / blinds make the accommodation very homely.
The apartment has a brand new fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) and in the living area there are two cocktail chairs and a large (sleeping) sofa and a flat-screen TV.
In the separate bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and two single beds (the sofa bed with 1.40 x 2.00 m lying area in the living area is possible as an additional bed). The bathroom is brightly tiled and also has natural light. Shower, toilet and vanity are available there.
The apartment has central heating (the tiled stove is powered by central natural gas, but looks just as romantic as wood-powered).
6 terraces / sitting areas are distributed around our two houses. Of course, garden use is also possible, as well as a grill and child-friendly play area. Bicycle use also included. - If necessary, ask the landlord for a baby / toddler bed for your apartment.
Also available in the apartment and around the house: digital satellite TV, W-LAN, garden / terrace furniture, sandpit, children's slide, parking space directly at the property, bicycle shed (here are also the seat cushions for the outdoor furniture) etc.

Der Check-in war unkompliziert dank Schlüssel-Save. Leider gibt es am Hauseingang keine Lampe, bei einer Anreise im dunkeln kann man die Zahlen am Save nicht sehen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber aber eher für ein Pärchen oder eine Familie mit kleineren Kindern geeignet. Unsere waren 12 und 16 Jahre alt. Man schläft zu viert in einem Schlafzimmer. Die Fenster lassen sich nur ankippen bei vier Leuten wird es selbst in einem kühlen Sommer zu warm in dem Raum um schlafen zu können. Das Sofa könnte zwar theoretisch als Bett genutzt werden, dann ist aber der Durchgang vom Schlafzimmer zu Küche und Bad nicht mehr gegeben. Das Bad ist schön groß und hell. Nachdem wir von einem plötzlichen Regenguss überrascht wurden und unsere Kleidung trocknen wollten viel uns auf, dass es keinerlei Trocknungsmöglichkeit gibt. Hier könnte man vielleicht ein kleines Trocknergestell und ein paar Klammern ergänzen. Eine Kehrgarnitur wäre auch nicht verkehrt. Sehr freundliche Raumpflegerin!

Anfahrt ist etwas holprig. Durch das Kopfsteinpflaster, langsam fahren. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Zum Hafen ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung war völlig in Ordnung. Der Fernseher etwas klein aber hat für mich ausgereicht. Ich war im Dachgeschoss, da ist leider kein Balkon oder Terrasse vorhanden. Man konnte aber die Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus nutzen. Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung 😃😃

Sehr sehr positive Erfahrung!

Sehr sauberer Gesamtzustand der Wohnung in der ehemaligen Schmiede, schon fast historisch. Geräumige Wohnung für uns 3, ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten war sogar zu viel für uns. Von dem her zu 5-6 gut bewohnbar. Der gratis Rad Verleih hat uns sehr gefallen! Für Angler stehen zwei Gefriertruhen zur Verfügung, ein Traum 👍🏻 Einen Backofen hätten wir uns gerne gewünscht, sind mit der Kombi Mikrowelle nicht so gut zurecht gekommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen beim nächsten Angelurlaub 😊 großes Lob an die Gastgeber. Gruß aus Bayern

Ein Glücksgriff auf Rügen

Wir sind zufällig über Auswahlkriterien bei fewo-direkt auf diese Ferienwohnung gekommen: Sehr schönes Haus, geschmackvolle und funktionelle Einrichtung, gepflegte Außenanlage, nette Vermieter, Parkplatz, Ausleihfahrräder gratis und und und. Wir können nur sehr positives berichten. Auch der nette Ort, das Seebad Altefähr, mit dem Sandstrand mit neuen, fest installierten Sitz und Liegemöbeln aus Holz haben wir sonst noch niergendwo so gesehen - toll! Alles richtig schön und auch in der Hauptsaison nicht übermäßig überlaufen, wie man es sonst von anderen Orten kennt. Hundertprozentige Empfehlung.

Super Kontakt und super Lage

Die Unterkunft war genau das Richtig für uns. Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, so dass man sowohl für Stralsund und umliegendes Festland als auch für Ausflüge auf Rügen einen idealen Ausgangspunkt hat. Auch unser Boot konnten wir direkt im Hafen von Altefähr problemlos slippen. Es gab neben dem Gefrierschrank in der Wohnung sogar noch eine Kühltruhe im Fahrradschuppen aus dem sich die Gäste auch kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen konnten (einfach wegnehmen ohne jede Bürokratie). Super toll!!!
