On board the boat you will find adjustable LED lighting, a microwave oven, a fridge, 220 volt power outlets and USB and USB C sockets.
You will also find a separate toilet, a small bathroom and the possibility of taking a hot or cold shower on the aft deck.
You are also close to the bus lines and a 5-minute walk from the station.
Electric toilets have been installed to improve the comfort of passengers in a very pleasant way. Their use is very reliable provided that certain protocols are scrupulously respected and very easy to memorize, otherwise the evacuation system will be clogged! First and foremost is to use only the special toilet paper provided by the Host. Secondly, it is also important to respect the opening and closing of 2 valves located on the side that operate the toilet controls.
It is of course strictly forbidden, under penalty of a claim for compensation of up to 250€, to throw any other foreign objects into this receptacle.
A deposit of 250€ by check or cash will be requested on arrival. It will be returned to you in full on departure, unless damage, breakage or deterioration is noted and proven.
I would also like to inform all travellers that my sailboat is not a "Yacht", i.e. a flat-bottomed vessel! It is an 8-meter sailboat and like all boats of this type there are 2 or 3 steps to descend depending on the boat to access the cabins and the saloon.

For departure / check-out:
1) Departure is at 11:00 am / 11am at the latest
2) Gather sheets and pillowcases at the foot
of each bed
3) Clean and put away used dishes and throw away the rubbish bins
4) Turn off the lights and close the windows
5) Make sure you don't forget anything
