About this property

At the gates of Monaco Magnificent Sea View Villa and Heated Pool

Magnificent Villa on the heights of Monaco with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.
This villa offers 12 beds spread over two adjoining houses not overlooked. Each has a kitchen, a living room opening onto the swimming pool, two bedrooms and bathroom and shower room. All rooms are air conditioned. A summer terrace will offer you beautiful moments of relaxation to admire the sunsets and other fireworks ... as well as a children's playground consisting of a trampoline and a swing.
Enjoy a heated swimming pool from April to the end of June, and from September 15 to the end of November (excluding long-term contracts) to complete your total relaxation with deckchairs and garden furniture. Everything is provided for your comfort and well-being. The calm of this property only needs to be respected, which is why noise pollution should be avoided.
Access very close to the motorway, exit Monaco from Nice or Roquebrune Cap Martin from Italy.
Private parking with electric gate for your vehicles.
Bed linen is optional payable at a rate of 15 euros per person for the period of stay, I provide bed linen, a large bath towel and a hand towel.
Other than those scheduled for hire, other people are not allowed.

Fanastic villa overlooking the Montecarlo bay with all the amenities you would need to have a remarkable experience. Nice and confortable house, clean, chill out space, grill area and heated pool. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We will definitely consider it to repeat.

Dorina provided a spectacular private home with million dollar views of Monaco. It was two separate homes completely remodeled and updated. Perfect for our needs (two families ) . Make sure you’ve got WeChat app before you leave the United States (if you are coming from there) to be able to communicate with the owner . It is a hidden gem and you will need very specific directions to find this lovely home .Loved our stay and I know you will too!

Unbelievable views of Monaco!

Just wrapped up a 5 day stay at this beautiful property. Amazing views, spacious, full sized kitchen and laundry, very convenient when travelling. Air conditioning in all bedrooms which is important during hot weather! Great communication with the owner who lives just down the road. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location and fab view!

We had a really fantastic week at this villa. The views are stunning and the fact that the property is split into 2 separate houses / villas was perfect . There where 6 of us and we could put all our 4 adult kids in one house and we had total peace and quiet in the other house. The host was very helpful and always available during our stay and sent perfect instructions on how to find villa which at first without instructions can be difficult. So thank for making our stay lovely and would highly recommend.

Experience

The owner is a good person but it has to rent the house cause needs to finish it. Humidity everywhere, not enough equipment inside, just the minimum equipment that for the price request is not sustainable. The view itself cannot justify the price requested and the poor quality of services. Dorina is a gentle host but she cannot ask what she asked for the house as it is now. We arrived and the principle door was not working, no lights in the carpark, except a rudimental automatic switch; the upper car park was unusable dirty and occupied by construction materials, lorries ecc… the car park down near the apartments was always occupied by cars of other guest/friends of the family with the cars always opened with toys everywhere and leisure equipment in the middle. The house was supposed to be rented with privacy but the owner lives there. We had the green area, reserved to us but unfortunately used by other guests all the time. A nightmare and we had to leave 3 days before. I asked for a refund but Dorina hasn’t answer yet. Sorry but it was a bad bad experience.

Hello. Thank you for your appreciation anyway. I have to answer to come up with a reaction to this one. In the description of the house is clearly indicated that the space for games and sports is shared, it has been arranged on purpose in this way so that my children and we can enjoy as well as the holidaymakers who live with us. For the rest of the space in the house, no one came to disturb you. Regarding the closing of the front door of one of the apartments, yes, it is true that when you arrived it did not lock, but we fixed it right away, so I do not find it correct on your part to blame me for that. The house is not a luxury house with top-of-the-range services and materials, which you had wanted to rent. In the description you will not find any word to make you think of luxury. The house is always maintained, with good quality materials. Also that if we read in the other appreciate, we understand that I live next to this house, but I never come to monitor or disturb my vacationers. For parking it is true that when you arrived and another evening he had our cars but we moved them right away to leave you the place. Basically for this house we have the 2 places provided in the parking lot at the bottom, if people come in several cars they have the possibility of parking it next to our utilities. Sorry, but we are not going to change the configuration or anything else of the house because it does not meet your expectations. We have been renting this house for several years and it was always like this. If you read the assessments we have, we understand that the house corresponds well to discrimination as long as it has. Even if you left 2 days before and not 3 as you wrote, we do not work on the principle of reimbursing vacationers who leave earlier than expected, because they have changed their schedule in the meantime. Thank you for your understanding.

Très bonne semaine de vacances passer grâce à cette super villa et aux propriétaires, notamment Dorina qui est très accueillante et toujours disponible si besoin. La maison est très bien située avec une magnifique vue sur Monaco. La piscine est propre et design. Le soleil tape dessus toute la journée. Le fait qu’il y est deux appartements permet à chaque familles d’avoir son espace privé; ce qui est un gros plus qu’on ne trouve pas forcement dans les autres villas. Bref c’était parfait et nous n’hésiterons pas à encore réserver ce magnifique endroit

leuke najaarsvakantie

gezien wij enkel met vakantie kunnen in de lente en de herfst is dit de geschikte plaats om dan te genieten. Ganse dag de voor- of najaarszon, schitterend uitzicht, verwarmd zwembad voor de kids .... én dicht bij alle activiteiten (Monaco, Menton, Nice ...)
