On the third floor on the seafront, the sea view is 180 °, Cape Martin to the right and left Menton, Ventimiglia, San Remo, the Italian coast.

It is made up of: hall, dining room and adjoining lounge open to the dining room, two bedrooms, the first on the seafront, the second on the mountain.
The view is ensured by three large bay windows on the sea in front and two large windows on the mountain behind in the quiet of the Garden of the residence.
The kitchen and the second bedroom overlook the swimming pool and the Mentonnaise mountain.

An equipped kitchen overlooking the pool and the mountain, ideal for watching children from afar!
TV, WiFi internet, washing machine.

Two terraces allow lunch and dinner outside, sea view in front and mountain view behind.

A beautiful 25-meter swimming pool is reserved for residents of the residence.
The swimming pool of 25 by 12 meters, from 1 to 4 meters deep, it is secured by a barrier and offers a wide rest range, it is embellished by the Club house with ping pong tables.
A Guardian is in the residence, very friendly, he is secure and available.

Roquebrune cap Martin is a real postcard, the Carnolès district, is ideally located 10 minutes by train or by car from Italy and Menton and Monaco.
There are many walks in the region with Monaco 15 minutes by the coast, the oceanographic museum, Nice 30 minutes by car or by train, Cannes ... the villages of Mentonnais, Saint Agnés, La Turbie, Roquebrune village, etc. ....

The apartment is wonderful and looks straight out on the Mediterranean with France on one side and Italy on the other. The one time I had a question it was addressed right away. Highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous beachfront condo

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful beachfront condo! Very clean, safe, had everything we needed to have a successful vacation! Nice restaurants, coffee shops and walking paths nearby. Easy to Uber to places. Great communication and check-in/check-out. Would definitely return!

Amazing view

Stayed for 3 nights during Grand Prix. Easy access to train station and grocery store. View from front balcony is breathtaking. We did not see any chairs for the pool area, perhaps bc we were early in the season??

Great location

The location and view from this property was amazing - right on the sea front with easy access to the beach across the street. We also enjoyed the large pool in the apartment complex. Apartment is large with 2 balconies, large dining room with seating for 8, and 2 large bedrooms with air conditioning. And we really appreciated the recent addition of a clothes dryer. We didn't have a car so used the train quite a bit to explore neighbouring towns. The train station was a 5 minute walk from the apartment with frequent trains going to many towns along the coast.

Pros for this VRBO include easy contact with property owner. The photos made this property look amazing. cons-if you chose to stay in this property you will have to bring your own or buy at arrival any household items needed. Expect the bare minimum-not cleaned well or upkept. We arrived to 1/2 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, no dishwasher, laundry or bathroom soap. We were brought a bottle of wine as after complaining about the condition of the apartment. We were not brought none of the missing amenities. Even with short showers the water was only hot for two, 5 min showers. Difficult for a family. Overall I would not choice this apartment again.

Magnifique appartement

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet appartement lors de nos vacances en août 2018. Situé au début de Roquebrune sur la promenade Robert Schumann, appartement traversant avec côté salle à manger vue sur la Méditerranée de Roquebrune aux côtes italiennes et du côté cuisine vue sur les pré-Alpes et Saint-Agnès, tous les jours une vue magnifique !! Résidence calme, belle et grande piscine, estivants respectueux et un gardien serviable qui gère au mieux pour le bien être de tous. Nous avons passé le 15 août là-bas et nous étions aux premières loges pour admirer le feu d’artifice sur la mer depuis notre balcon VIP... Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de cet appartement dès sa mise sur le marché, il était déjà bien équipé, belle pièce à vivre, 2 chambres, un convertible dans le salon, très bonne literie dans les 3 pièces, machine à laver, TV, etc... Les propriétaires comptaient refaire la cuisine et peut être une clim... mais il est déjà très bien comme ça !! N’hésitez pas et bonnes vacances !!!
