Great apartment for a small family in a great location. Parking was behind the home near the entrance door, which made it more secure and a lot easier to load and unload. The host was very kind and communication was perfect. They let us slow charge our electric vehicle overnight with a nearby outlet.
It was a welcoming, inviting place to stay. Everything we needed to cook some meals and have our morning coffee. Loved the coloring books and kids books for our children. Janalee and Erik were so nice and helpful!Really enjoyed our stay!

Great little place to crash during our adventures to many of the surrounding areas natural and historical monument!
Cozy place, great location, within walking distance to the museum. It does sleep, 6 but probably not 6 adults. The beds are pretty small. It worked great for my family of 6, but four of us were teens/kids. Host was fantastic. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

We loved our visit to the farm. We enjoyed seeing the baby goats. This was a great location as we visited several National Monuments in the surrounding area.
The kitchen supplies are limited but we were able to make do with what was available. We probably cook more than most people.
In the middle of a 5 week camping trip we enjoyed the showers, beds, and washer/dryer. Nicely priced, clean, quiet, and allows pets. Don’t miss the Edge of the Cedars State Park.
All was good!
The basement had everything we needed.
Blanding is a little pretty town to stay a few days.
Thanks to Janalee for taking time to talk with us :)

Comfortable family setting with a good location for day trips in and out of parks and monuments. The apartment is very private with good parking. The Edge of the Cedars park and museum is at the end of the street. We were there three days and could have stayed longer with more to do.

The place was not very clean. But that said we had a lovely stay. All you need was there, even a nice welcoming box with goodies. And a perfect location for canyon land hikes.
We came to town last minute for a funeral and needed a place to stay that allowed our dog. We didn't spend a ton of time in the unit but felt very welcome and were happy to have a place to stay. The owner was very good at communicating and helped us to add on an extra night last minute and answered the questions we had.

It is a typical basement apartment. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen. It is modestly furnished, and comfortable.
The bathroom and kitchen are due for an update.
Nice basement apartment central to southern Utah state and national parks with a very welcoming host
This was a modest basement apartment attached to the host's house with a fairly private side entrance down a flight of 12 stairs off a short gravel driveway. The appliances were dated but functional and satisfactory. The dining area was a little proscribed, but not a fatal flaw for our group. Sleeping accommodations were adequate and access to the museums and parks was wonderful. The host was quite friendly and even kind to our curious 5-yr-old when he had important questions about her goats and horses.

Cozy, comfy, clean, and quiet.
GMH provided a basket of goodies such as coffee pods, granola bars, and s'mores, which was a nice touch!
The rooms were all clean, as were the kitchen/dining and bathroom.
The communication from GMH was very good, but I was out of internet/phone range so I did not receive all the messages until after I had arrived.
...not to worry, GMH made thoughtful arrangements for my family and me to check in etc and everything turned out perfectly.
My family will stay here again!
