The Split Ridge Cabin is convenient to Blanding and the Bears Ears National Monument. Check-in is easy and the wifi works well. The cabin is cute and the sunrises and sunsets are lovely.
Perfect place to stay near all SE Utah and SW Colorado attrations. Short travel to Moab/Arches, Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Mesa Verde and so many others. An ideal spot to set up for a long vacation!
This was the perfect rental for our month-long climbing trip. Great location-- close enough for our many climbing days in Indian Creek, as well as all the day trips to Arches, Canyonlands, Natural Bridges, Hovenweep, Moab and Monument Valley! Furnished comfortably and cutely, with a well-equipped kitchen and all-important washer and dryer.
Had one roll of toilet paper. Told if we used it up we would have to go to the store and get more. Pans were not in very good condition.

Thank you for your feedback, Zea. An extra roll of toilet paper is always provided and typically stored under the sink. We did not receive any communication during your stay regarding this and would have been happy to provide more if notified.

My Family and I had a great time. It is very nice, cozy and very roomy. My kids loved the hobbit hole. Views of the sunrise and sunset where so beautiful, also the stars at night where amazing. If there was a problem they where fast and super helpful.
A Great middle spot if you want to go to Moab, the four corners, Bluff and also fun things in Blanding (museums, parks and restaurants). We would come back for sure.

Contains only the very basics
Stayed 5 days. Be prepared to bring stuff with you. They gave only a small bit of dish soap and only one garbage bag. Dishes, silverware and pots needed to be washed before use.No coffee maker. Good communication with host though. Beautiful things to see nearby!!!
We had a great time over Easter weekend! It was fun staying in a cute log cabin with the family. Knocking off one star because the bathroom situation wasn’t super ideal. The only bathroom is in the main bedroom and the hinges squeak super loud and you have to slam the door for it to shut all the way. As you can imagine, needing the bathroom in the night was a loud ordeal and woke everyone up whenever someone needed to use it. But overall we had a great stay! The owner was great at responding to messages and even ran us over some garbage bags.
This cabin was the perfect size and location for what we needed. It's cute and well maintained. My kids loved the Hobbit hole room! We would stay there again.

Location great
Location great for exploring Bears' Ears.
Best to enquire if hard-used mattresses in loft have been replaced as was suggested to owner, if you have kids that are going to sleep up there.
I'm glad we were lucky to find this property on a rare open date range. Great location for many of the state and national parks. We'd love to stay here again one day!
This Property was great. We had total privacy and wish we would have been able to stay longer,, the only issue we had was that the sign for the property by the road is a little hard to see as your driving by, especially if you went to far and had to turn around. Another note is that Blanding is a dry town which means they sell no alcohol but we drove to Monticello for drinks and food.
This cabin was cute! We really would have appreciated some napkins and/or paper towels though!!

Family stay
Enjoyed our time at the cabin. It was a good jumping off point for fun activities relatively close by including Moab. Fun loft space for the kids. The washer/dryer was a nice amenity to have on site. Be sure to bring some extra towels, extra kitchen trash bags, your own coffee maker, and dishes/cups for the little ones. Wish there was more seating inside and places to sit on the front porch. Easy access in and out of the property. Communication was through email only.
Our family of six wanted to spend time away in a rustic cabin for Christmas. It was a perfect place to stay and get away from work, school, the busy life at home and enjoy each other. Playing board games, card games, RC cars and zooming around in a side-by-side and shooting BB guns. We enjoyed the wood burning stove and sitting in front of it to keep cozy warm. Our 10 year old son loved curling upon the “Hobbit hole.” Made some great memories and would highly recommend it to others.
