This two-story home is just renovated top to bottom. It has 7 bedrooms and 4 baths in the gated community. The home is an open concept for the dining room, family room, and kitchen. This home provides you with the best entertainment available with pool tables and AC game rooms.
Our villa is a luxurious pool home, combines the five-star communal activities of Windsor Hills and a private holiday home with a private pool and a covered lanai. Refresh yourself after a long day at the park in our heated Jacuzzi spa.

Guest access:
Smart lock, no key is needed, will email check-in information in the morning of
the day you arrive.

Other things to note
Just remind the quote does not cover the pool heating fee ($40 per nights stay)
and should order before check-in. The heating fee is for all your stay. If you order after check in the heating fee is $45 per night.
The BBQ grill extra cleaning fee is $50. We cover your access to all facilities in the clubhouse which carries a tennis court, heated community pool, spa, etc.. The resort only accepts 3 cars maximum to enter the security gate.

Great place for a family trip.

The house was perfect for the family. Kids loved the pool and bedrooms. Andy left enough supplies to get us through our trip. The location is down the street from Walmart and shops. Disney is approx. 10 Minutes away. I would stay here again. Thanks for a great place to hang my hat for the trip.

Weekend Trip

We stayed here for just a few nights and most of our time was spent in the parks. There were a couple of small things with ceiling fans and lights we could not figure out but could have been user error and we did not reach out because we were barely there. But the place itself was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. And I am sure if I had reached out I would have gotten a response as they were always quick with any questions I did have.

Good property

House was good. Ceiling fans did not work in bedrooms, therefore very warm at night. Need to check under beds when cleaning. No dishwasher soap, So hand washed all dishes. No hockey puck for air hocky. TV's did not work very well. Very few towels and wash clothes for 11 people. Those few items are small items which we could overlook to have an enjoyable time. Great location, kids enjoyed pool and house worked great for us. I would rent again.
