2 bedroom 1 bathroom completely renovated condo close to the private beach access and the ocean. The condo is located in a quiet oceanfront community in the very heart of Cocoa Beach.
Great location close to everything.
The Master has a king-size bed, guest bedroom has two twin-size beds.
The living room is furnished with a leather furniture set. Full kitchen and full bathroom.
the complex offers resort-like amenities including a solar-heated swimming pool, tennis court, bocce court, charcoal grill, and picnic area. The beach in the front of the complex is really nice, clean and sandy.

Nice week in FL

The unit worked well for our needs. Property is older but very clean. We had a great week with baseball, a rocket launch, sea turtle sitings. Ocean was 1 building over so easy walk to the beach.

Beautiful slice of paradise

Condo owner was wonderful and accommodating to my wishes. Condo was stocked with all the comforts of home!! Beautiful location. Close to everything!! Steps to beach and beautiful sunrises!!
