This home is a short 15 minute commute to each interstate via Paseo del Norte and Unser and located in a small, desirable, quiet, pocket neighborhood with no through way and is just minutes to Old Town, Downtown, Uptown (less than 30 minutes), and Rio Rancho. Employees of Facebook, Intel, and Amazon, to name a few, will appreciate the effortless commute to work each day.
This home is also close to grocery and retail stores, fast food, franchise, and local eateries, pharmacies, gyms, golf courses, casinos, coffee shops, walking trails and parks and located in one of the top school districts. Enjoy new carpet and new backyard landscaping, including adult swings, furniture, permanent metal gazebo with sun shades, artificial turf, propane grill, and a propane gas fire pit. Parking in garage, driveway, and street available. Additional and oversized parking within a short walking distance next street over available for larger vehicles and balloon pilot trailers.
**PETS (Dogs Only/2 Max): All pets must be considered and accepted BEFORE proceeding with a reservation.
Pet acceptance may be based on the following information:
1. Shedding or non-shedding breed (preference given to non-shedding breeds)
2. Pet MUST be house broken
3. Age
4. Sleeping and lounging habits (all four on the floor is required; must be able to restrict pets from furniture, especially couch and beds)
5. Habits such as chewing, digging, aggressiveness, and excessive barking
6. Current with vaccines
7. If approved, guests must agree pet will not be left alone inside or outside of property for an extended period of time. When guests depart property, pet must be left in crate (one large crate is available for use without charge upon advance request).
NOTE> All long-term reservations >30 days with a shedding breed that are approved may be required to place a $500 REFUNDABLE shed cleaning and damage deposit to ensure upon guests departure that all evidence of any pet, specifically hair and dander, is minimal to non-existent. Cleaning fee paid and included in guest's booking charges is not for cleaning up after pets, indoors or outdoors, specifically for shedding and pet waste.
PET FEES:
Short term (<30 nights) rate per night is $25/per pet with a maximum charge of $100/pet. Long term rate differs. Please inquire.
We only allow one booking per 30 days/nights due to HOA requirements. Please inquire.
Since this property is set up to better accommodate longer stays, please inquire about our minimum stay requirement prior to booking. Depending on current bookings, we may be able to accommodate bookings less than 30 nights but in all cases not less than 4 nights.
Early check-in or late check-out is rarely available due to an extremely limited timeframe for cleaning and property preparation between guests. Please inquire at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival as a courtesy to our cleaners' schedule. There will be a $25/hour charge for any additional occupancy hours outside check-in and check-out times.
Access and detailed property information is provided at least two hours prior to check-in time.
Included in your stay at no charge: 4 trash bags, 2 rolls paper towels, and 4 rolls toilet paper; also, salt & pepper, 13+ miscellaneous cooking spices. For your convenience home is supplied with dishes, cutlery, cooking and baking utensils, baking and serving dishes, bottle opener, wine cork, baking and cooking pans, mixing and serving bowls, water pitcher, drinking and wine glasses, coffee cups, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee pot, blender, toaster, waffle iron, hand mixer, measuring cups and spoons, colander, food chopper, steak and cooking knives, scissors, dish pads, pot holders, dish towels, bath towels, (2) blow dryers, vacuum, mop, bucket, broom, dust pan, dust and cleaning rags. First five (5) gallons filtered water and a limited amount of coffee and tea items are provided as a courtesy.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE $50 - After guest's use of grill, a cleaning fee will apply if not left clean. Cleaning fee paid and included in guest's booking charges does not include cleaning of grill or outdoors.
Finally, our property is not a venue to host special events and/or parties. We kindly ask that the peace and quiet the locals in this neighborhood deserve is respected. Thank you for your understanding.
