Desert/City Views w/Hot Tub, Hiking, Put Put, Firepits, Patio, BBQ, Yard Games!

Casita Bonita: This desert oasis with stunning views has 4 bedrooms (including the bunk bed bedroom) and 2 bathrooms. The entire house can accommodate up to 9 adults (2 would be on a queen-size air mattress) + 2 kids (bunk beds) + 5 pets. Important features include quick access to hiking & biking in the Sandia Mountain foothills, quick access off of I-40 and I-25, a large outdoor patio with a 4-person hot tub, BBQ, large standing cooler, two firepits (propane and natural gas starting/wood burning), fully fenced turf yard with dog toys, a shed full of yard games, and so much more!

The Rooms:
*Bedroom #1: Casita Bonita's bedroom is the Master bed/bath suite with a private solar-lit side entrance that includes a California King memory foam mattress with a ‘4 seasons hotel’ comforter, a private bathroom, and a bunk bedroom with a kid's chalkboard wall (feel free to draw as much as you want!). The room has a walk-in closet for storage and includes a rollaway bed with extra sheets/linens, a bedside baby crib, and a high chair. The closet also has lots of storage space with hangars, an iron/steamer, and an ironing board. The room also has a mini fridge with mini water bottles provided, a microwave, and a coffee station in the room. Next, you have built-in nightstands with a multi-port charger to include wireless charging available and a sound machine.

For the bathroom, there is a large double vanity sink with lots of storage. In the bathroom cabinets, I have included both a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. The mirrors in the bathroom can be opened for storage and a light-up makeup mirror is installed in the center. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided in the large walk-in tile shower.

Next, there is a hot air balloon-themed kids' room with built-in bunk beds and a chalkboard wall that the kids can write on with chalk and erasers provided. Also, included in the kid's room are desert & New Mexico-themed toys, books, and coloring books.

*Bedroom #2: Cielo Nocturno has direct views of Sandia Mountain and has a shared full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Cielo Nocturno has a queen memory foam mattress with a 4 Seasons hotel comforter, a desk & chair, a dresser, and a 50" smart TV. Next, you have built-in nightstands with a multi-port charger to include wireless charging available and a sound machine. The bathroom includes body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that are all provided. Enjoy the night sky through your skylight and the night desert-themed wall mural!

*Bedroom #3: Pequena Casita Bonita has a King memory foam mattress with a 4 Seasons hotel comforter, a desk & chair, a large closet, and a 50" smart TV. Next, you have built-in nightstands with a multi-port charger to include wireless charging available and a sound machine. The bathroom includes body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that are all provided. Enjoy your upfront view of the beautiful Sandias out your window!

Pet-friendly: Tile floors throughout in order to accommodate your furry family members! There are also three memory foam dog beds provided along with dog bowls.

Extra goodies: Every guest is provided a balloon or cactus sticker, a makeup towel for use during the stay, a chocolate on your towel, earplugs, and other additional bathroom essentials!

Wining & Dining: Every adult guest is provided a small Sutter Home wine to relax on the patio or cozy indoors. Also, every guest is provided a Costco muffin for breakfast and multiple snacks to choose from provided in each bedroom. The coffee and tea station in the kitchen is fully stocked and has everything one could desire out of a beverage station (we all need our caffeine in the mornings). The coffee and tea station includes K-cup pods (three brew flavors), creamer, four flavors of coffee syrup, sugar cubes, agave, and multiple types of teas to choose from. Also provided are to-go cups for those rushed mornings.

The Patio: Make yourself at home and use the propane firepit as well as a gas grill and outdoor seating area. There is also a natural gas starter/wood-burning fire pit (firewood is provided) and a 4-person hot tub. Cozy up to the fire and roast S'mores with the provided 'kid-friendly' s'mores sticks and s'more-making kit (located within the Master bedroom)! Also, morning coffee/tea can be enjoyed on a bench in the front of the house with a great upfront view of the Sandias! Additionally, enjoy the free-standing cooler on the deck, which guests are welcome to use for their drinks. On the patio is a large 6-person dining table & chairs with a crank-down sunshade.
And of course, the patio has a great view of the balloon fiesta launch area and the AMAZING sunsets Albuquerque has to offer!

The Yard: Fully fenced and turf with a seating area and if you have a furry friend, poop bags and toys are provided. In the game shed, multiple backyard games are available such as the 'toss and catch' game set, KanJAM, life-size Connect 4, Cornhole, and mini golf!

The Gameroom: Relax in a cozy nook with some of the Albuquerque-themed provided books, or play a game with the entire family to include Albuequeropoly, exploding kittens, and more! Or put together a balloon-themed puzzle! There is also an adult beverage station provided for those who would like to relax with a drink in their hand.

Breakfast bar & Dining Area: the breakfast bar has two barstools and the dining room has a 4-person seating area.

The Kitchen: All stainless steel appliances with stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, ample pantry/storage space, and coffee/tea station! Fully equipped with blender, crockpot, and all dishware needed for your getaway! Don't forget about the provided spices and New Mexico cookbook to try something new on your stay!

Living Room: Enjoy a locally-painted mural of beautiful Albuquerque while you kick back and relax in the four recliners putting your feet up in front of the Kiva (natural gas) fireplace and 60" smart TV.

Laundry: Washer & dryer as well as all soaps, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets are provided for every guest.

Garage: This space may be requested for access to accommodate one parking space (two are provided in the driveway and ample safe/free street parking is also available). Or the garage may be requested for luggage/gear storage if needed. Please message me if this is required.
