Location, Location, Location! Beautiful and warm, newly updated 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath home. The King ensuite is located on the main floor and the Queen ensuite is located downstairs. The home is situated in a quiet Waynesville neighborhood overlooking the Waynesville Inn & Golf Club. This home offers inviting indoor space with a gas log fireplace on the main level and a wood burning fireplace on the lower level. Spacious with all new furniture including indoor and outdoor. Great place for the family to enjoy the outdoors on the 2 level deck with comfy outdoor furniture including a chair swing and firepit. Come enjoy the beautiful long distance mountain views. Situated between downtown Waynesville and Hazelwood, Close to all shops and restaurants.

Please note: The Waynesville Inn and Golf Club has commenced an extensive restoration of all facets of the property. The golf course and restaurants are currently closed. A nine hole course hopes to open October 2022, with renovations expected to be completed Spring 2023.

This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm. You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our Reservation system that must be signed as part of this agreement.

Family Wedding weekend getaway

We enjoyed this spacious home, the views from the deck were absolutely beautiful. We were close to hiking trails!

Beautiful view-Comfortable beds

We stayed four nights in your beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms specious with lots of storage space. The porches were our favorite spots by far. We just wish there were a few kitchen staples like oil and balsamic vinegar. But it was still a great experience - Beach Mountain Diner was by far our favorite restaurant. There’s always a crowd so plan to get there early.

Fabulous!!

I highly recommend this property. Great floor plan that offers privacy for all 3 bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and property management was very responsive. House is private with amazing view of golf course, mountains and sunsets.

Fairway Mountain Retreat holds special memories for our family. It was exactly where we needed to be during that time. It brought much needed peace to us. The views are beautiful. We are so thankful for helping make this happen for us!!! Sunburst Realty went above and beyond to help.
