Hello Mrs Bolch First of all I would like to thank you very much for your reservation. We are very sorry that the flat did not quite meet your expectations. I would like to comment on the accusations made: Misleading information about the location/view: I am sorry that you felt this way. We make every effort to provide the most accurate information possible for the flat. That is why we have noted "partial sea/lagoon view" on all descriptions of the flat, which is absolutely true. Provisions in the property: We rent the flats without provisions, as our experience has shown that new tenants throw away existing provisions. But we will think about a welcome pack. Thanks for the input. I very much regret that there was no toilet paper and tea towels - that must have been provided by the cleaning staff. Because this is always part of the service. I apologise for this. allocated parking space: The flat has been rented WITHOUT parking space for some time. In our description we only mention that there are usually enough public parking spaces near the house. Well, I am sorry that you did not feel comfortable enough, but I can assure you that we always try to give our guests an optimal flat.
