Everything and more..

Clean, accessible, quiet, comfortable and well thought out. Simple, without missing a thing. Great shower, comfortable room and layout, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Kitchen area with coffee station was efficient and plentiful. Shane is responsive.. there is a reason folks consistantly rate this rental high. So well thought out. Effort is appreciated!

Concert getaway

My husband and I stayed at the Golden Cat to attend a concert at the Brevard Music Center. In over 20 years of staying at VRBO rentals, this place was among the very best. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, it met our every need. This basement apartment was immaculately clean, and check-in/check-out could not have been easier. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer!
