New kitchen with open concept - Family friendly. 10 minute walk to Ditch Plains Beach. Sleeps 6. The house is a five minute drive from Montauk Town as well as Montauk harbor.

Girls weekend getaway!

My friends and I had such an amazing time staying at this VRBO. The house was very clean and had plenty of beds. We hit the beach every day and town every night thanks to a great location. Highly recommend!

High marks for this perfect getaway home

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, fresh and modern, well-appointed and thoughtfully stocked with cleaning and bath supplies, bikes and useful beach equipment in very good condition. We were incredibly comfortable and very happy during our week here, and the access to Ditch Plains Beach was spectacular. My kids most definitely did not want to leave and we will most definitely be back!

Wonderful cottage near beach

We finished a one week stay at this lovely house , the only negative was having to leave! Quick and walk/bike to ditch plains . Ample supply of beach items like umbrellas , wagon, boogie boards, bikes etc were a bonus and greatly appreciated . The house itself is newly renovated- clean and all functioning nicely . The three bedrooms all had comfy beds and enough storage for personal items . The bunk beds were good fun for the kids . The outdoor shower was amazing, so beautiful to shower under the trees and stars and great place to rinse off sand post beach visit . We truly loved our visit and would easily recommend to others looking for a place in Montauk.
