Great location for Honfleur and its attractions. Easy parking for our large car. The property was in good condition, thoughtfully provisioned and well maintained. One disappointment was the poor communication between booking and arrival. When booking, we requested early admission, and were told, quite reasonably, to request again on the day before arrival. This was a Sunday, but since we had to ask for the address of the property, at the same time we repeated our request for early admission. We were sent the address, but no answer to the request for early admission. The following day, we were able to arrive at the house at around 10.30 am, and telephoned to repeat our request. To our astonishment, we were told that this was not possible, but would have been had we asked sooner. Eventually, we gained access at 3.40 pm. Having got past this inconvenience, we managed to enjoy the property and the area without further hiccups.

Regarding early arrival, we would like to clarify that our standard check in time is 4 pm, and these conditions are the same for all our guests. Early access is never automatic, as it depends entirely on the departure time of previous guests and the time required for our housekeeping teams to prepare the property to our high standards. When it is possible, we are always happy to accommodate early arrivals. However, this can only be confirmed once the cleaning schedule is completed and the property is fully ready. Our teams need sufficient time to ensure everything is perfectly clean and prepared, which is essential to guarantee the quality of stay for every guest. We are sorry for any misunderstanding in communication on this point and appreciate your patience and understanding. We are nevertheless glad that you were able to enjoy the property and your time in Honfleur. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future.

schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, war sauber und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage ist super, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum und trotzdem wohnt man sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist perfekt. Der Service rund um die Buchung war sehr professionell. Wir können die Wohnung und die Agentur sehr empfehlen.

Die FeWo befindet sich in attraktiver, ruhiger Lage, die Zimmer sind, mit Ausnahme des WC, großzügig aufgeteilt. Auch die Terrasse ist riesig. Wertvoll: Parkplatz direkt davor. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos und unkompliziert. - Einige Dinge passten nicht: sichtbar verschmutzte Outdoorkissen, unangehmer Geruch beim Betreten, gammelige Spülutensilien, verschmutzte Maschinen/ Schubladen, ein seit längerem nicht abgetautes Eisfach, Geschirr teils mit Knupsern, lüttige Schubladen, Hocker. Für ein Objekt dieser Preisklasse enttäuschend! - Wir haben dies reklamiert, und an dieser Stelle müssen wir der Conciergerie ein dickes Lob aussprechen: auf unsere Beschwerde wurde umgehend reagiert, man hat uns ernst genommen und schnell mögliche Abhilfe geschaffen. Außerdem gab es eine faire und angemessene Entschädigung. Alle Absprachen wurden zuverlässig eingehalten. Dieser Service war persönlich, äußerst aufmerksam, professionell und effizient! Fazit: außergewöhnlich guter Service vom Vermietungsteam, bei der Reinigung/ Sauberkeit besteht jedoch Verbesserungsbedarf, um u.a. dem hohen Preisniveau gerecht zu werden.

Honfleur 2025

Excellent weekend a Honfleur. Nous avons apprécié le logement, 2 belles chambres, er surtout un salon vaste et chaleureux où nous avons passé nos soirées. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur en ce mois de février. Nous recommandons ce logement proche du cebtre de Honfleur.. Nous y retournerons aavec plaisirplaisirrelexterieur
