Réfrigérateur en panne, changé au bout de 4 jours, avec la chaleur difficile de gérer la nourriture. Ventilateurs rouillés et très sale. Chaise de jardin en tissus déchirées. Une clim serait la bienvenue.

PROPRETÉ LIMITÉ / MAISON TRÈS FROIDE

La maison est froide, au mois d'avril nous avons allumé le poêle à gaz d'appoint tous les jours. Aucun petit chauffage d'appoint pour les sdb. Le ballon d'eau est de 50L, ce qui veut dire que les douches doivent être très courtes et espacées. Nous étions 5 et nous avons du nous répartir les douches. Dans la maison il y a des couchages pour 8 personnes, c'est très limite comme quantité d'eau pour tant de personnes. Il y avait des poils et des cheveux dans les sdb et des cheveux aussi dans les assiettes de la cuisine. La maison est tellement humide, que les draps et couvertures sentaient l'humidité. Bref, très belle localisation et fait le job, mais pas en avril, plus en plein été. Par contre, être plus vigilant sur la propreté. Bonne journée,

Todo muy correcto. La casa muy acogedora y la piscina muy cercana a la misma. Si tuviera q pone una pega sería q es más para 7 personas q para 8 porque la parte de abajo del sofá el colchón es muy finito y sería para un niño d poco peso pero en nuestro caso el octavo era un bebé y nos proporcionaron una cuna y fue perfecto. No empléanos la parte de abajo del sofá para nada.

Mehr erwartet und etwas enttäuscht 😕

Wir waren von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober für 3 Wochen mit 4 Personen dort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und problemlos. Von der Sauberkeit waren wir enttäuscht, bei der Ankunft haben wir zuerst die Spülmaschine ausgeräumt und alles nochmal von Hand gespült da die Aschenbecher mit in der Spülmaschine waren. Den Backofen haben wir erst gar nicht benutzt weil uns die verknasterten Griffe anekelten. Spüllappen und Geschirrhandtuch wurden nach Verlangen am nächsten Tag vorbei gebracht. Der Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche erfolgte nur auf Nachfrage und dies auch manchmal erst Tage später. Auch die Stühle und den Tisch auf der Terrasse konnten wir erst nach unserer Reinigung benutzen. Das WLAN geht meistens nicht und wenn dann nur mit schlechtem Empfang. Fernseher ist vorhanden, allerdings kann man keine deutschen Programme empfangen, was uns auch nicht gestört hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit einer kleinen Investition in Geschirr und Besteck, saubere Sitzkissen für Stühle und eine neue Badewanne wäre dies eine super Aufwertung.

Fabulous villa, close to everything, very clean and lots of room, pool is well taken care of

We highly recommend Ana 1 as a great place to stay while on Menorca. Beaches, restaurants, shopping within walking distance. Loved it.

Very pleasent stay in cala Blanca holidays house

The house is very confortabile and quiet, with a very nice swimming pool. The house can be suitable for a family but Also for some friends As We were. Everything in the house was very clean . Oliver is always available for any Kind of support and Juanita, the lady manging the house, too. During the week We contacted her to have clean Bath towels and she immediately give us clean ones. I personally appreciated the Nespresso Machine available in the living room, because I am keen on Nespresso coffee. I Hope I can can back to this house for my next summer holidays
