This is an ideal location for a person that is traveling alone or a couple. It’s very close to downtown and in walking distance to many places. The designated parking spot is ideal since it is located right next to the unit. The unit is well appointed with plenty of amenities to enjoy your visit. It is worth knowing that there is a staircase cut right into the floor of the living room. Something to consider if you’re traveling with small children.
Consider the fact that the staircase is open into the living room, if traveling with small children or others that may be susceptible to this type of issue.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Denver in this carriage house. The unit was exactly as advertised and was a wonderful place to stay. We loved how close we were to the Botanic Garden, Zoo, giant park and tons of places to eat and hang. We walked everywhere! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Denver.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few points. Regarding the sheets: when this was brought to our attention, we immediately offered to send our cleaners back to replace them, but you had declined. The door lock batteries were brand new and replaced four days prior to your arrival. While they should not have depleted so quickly, we took the concern seriously and offered you the lockbox code just in case. We are also working on a long-term solution to prevent this from happening again. We would also like to note that no issues regarding the fire alarms were reported to us during the stay. We take the safety of our guests very seriously and fire alarms are inspected regularly as part of our standard safety checks. We're very sorry for the some of the issues you encountered during your stay. We take your feedback seriously and these items will be/have been addressed for future guests.

Thank you for a great stay! As a FYI for future guests, the electronic keypad is located on the handle of the physical door to the unit. There is a key box and an electronic keypad on the garage, both are not associated with the rental but are much more visually obvious.
