Three House rules-
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

BE AWARE OF THIS LISTING

I picked this property to stay based on the rating and pictures. Unfortunately, to my surprise, the house was DISGUSTING. Stained carpets, giant (what looked-like) blood stain on master bedroom mattress, moldy shower curtain liners, clogged toilet, no garbage cans in bathrooms, stained furniture.. the list goes on. I had high hopes! When contacting the property manager, he was extremely difficult, took no accountability, and did not address the call-outs and concerns. I actually had to get VRBO head office involved. I cannot explain the high rating because there is no way anyone would want to pay that kind of money / night for that filth!

This Home is absolutely amazing. The backyard is huge. It’s a modern build in an up and coming neighborhood. Minutes away from downtown. There was enough parking for my guests. The host of the home was great with communication. This is a 5 star stay, as I am very picky about my living accommodations. You will not be disappointed and the home looks exactly like the pictures.
