Our apartment is quiet, but not isolated. 1. floor with separate entrance. One bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine. Bathroom with shower box and bidet. Comfortable sofa bed (with slatted frame and mattress) in the living room. 2 large terraces, one of which is covered and can be used as a dining room. A small garden and private parking space are also available.

Schön wars!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien in Claudias freundlicher Ferienwohnung. Highlight waren die beiden Terrassen / Balkone mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die toskanische Vegetation - ringsherum ĂŒberall Wiesen, Felder, Zypressen, OlivenbĂ€ume .... Natur und Landleben pur! Nette italienische Familien als Nachbarn, alles sehr entspannt und authentisch. WLAN gibt es nicht standardmĂ€ĂŸig, war aber fĂŒr uns kein Problem, da wir uns aufs eigene Datenvolumen beschrĂ€nkt und diese gute Gelegenheit zu etwas "digital detox" gerne genutzt haben (wobei man dazusagen muss, dass uns die Gastgeberin angeboten hat, WLAN einzurichten, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben). Vielen Dank an unsere hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Claudia! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der gemĂŒtlichen Wohnung in unserer geliebten Toskana verbracht. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Schön mit Wiederholungscharakter

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen alles! Schönes Wohnung mit toller KĂŒche und Balkon. Kleiner Spaziergang bis Suvereto wo es viele gute Restaurants gibt. Wunderschöner Strand bei San Vincenzo innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichbar. Einzig: Matratze war uns persönlich etwas zu . Sauberkeit im Bad hĂ€tte etwas besser sein können. Kommunikation war super und easy! Ausstattung super. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend wol, kommen wir nochmal

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht, sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (außer Kaffeemaschine und Fön, was unproblematisch war). Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar, fĂŒr alle Fragen offen, super organisiert und hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, in keiner Anlage mit netten einheimischen Nachbarn. Mit Blick vom Balkon in die Felder und das HĂŒgelland im Hintergrund. Zu den StrĂ€nden 20 min. Fahrt, dafĂŒr BĂ€cker und Restaurants im schönen Suvereto zu Fuß in 10 min. Von der Vermieterin gibt es wertvolle Tipps!

Urlaub im September

Soweit waren wir schon zufrieden, bis auf den Moment, das wir nach der Buchung festellen mussten, das StrandnÀhe 20 minuten Autofahrt sind. Das muss man tatsÀchlich beachten, wenn man vor hat öfters zum Strand zu fahren. Zum Strand zu gehen war daher nicht möglich. Aber ansonsten war die Wohnung echt top, vor allem die Veranda am Abend war sehr schön. Wer dort Internet haben möchte sollte sich davor bei der Vermieterin melden, wir haben unser Datenvolumen genutzt, war aber auch guter Empfang vorhanden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett gelegen und durch die großen Terrassen kann man die warmen Abende Italien sage gut genießen. Den Ort kann man zu Fuß erreichen, was wieder sehr schön ist.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider funktionierte der Ablauf am SpĂŒhlbecken am Anfang nicht, wurde aber speditief repariert. Nicht angenehm waren die Hunde, die in der Nacht immer Bellen. Im allgemeinen wahren es sehr schöne Ferien.

Your perfect basis for a tour that includes beaches, cultural highlights and sport. If you bring your bike you will enjoy some of the most beautiful bike trails. Or walk along the newly signed paths of the surrounding area.

Why they chose this property

I was and still am very happy to have a charming apartment in one of the nicest hamlets of Tuscany where you can still enjoy authentic Maremma life. Love at first sight. 3500 inhabitants, coffee bars, bakeries, groceries, a small supermarket and some restaurants for your relaxed and comfortable holidays. My apartment is a perfect basis for sightseeing tours in the whole south of Tuscany. At the same time you can reach the best Tuscan beaches within 15 minutes by car. And if you prefer biking and walking, come and enjoy some of the best Tuscan itineraries betweem the green hills and the beautiful seaside.

What makes this property unique

I like living in a quiet but not isolated position a few walking minutes from Suvereto. And I daily enjoy the view of "my" cypress tree from the bed room and the roofed terrace, the view of the hills and Suvereto from the other terrace and the garden. If you don't want to go to the beach the apartment offers a place to relax and enjoy the mild and warm Tuscan climate.
