Welcome to this cozy 3-bedroom home in Cape Coral’s desirable Pelican Neighborhood, located just 13 miles from Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. This beautifully maintained home sits on a quiet residential street and features a spacious open layout perfect for relaxing or spending quality time with family. Step outside to your private screened-in lanai, where you’ll find a heated in-ground pool, a soothing hot tub. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool, explore local beaches, or take advantage of the numerous nearby attractions, this home offers convenience, comfort, and plenty of room for everyone. With endless amenities and entertainment close by, it’s the perfect spot for your next Cape Coral vacation.
HOT TUB / SPA (Host-Controlled)
Hot tub/ Spa is available for an additional $100 per stay. The Hot tub is host- scheduled and operates daily from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM on a preset schedule. For equipment protection and consistent heating, temperature settings are controlled by the host. The outdoor grill is currently not available for guest use. We plan to replace it in the future and appreciate your understanding.
