Gorgeous view of the river from the balcony in this beautifully detailed condo. The resort themed decor includes a family room, dining area, kitchen and two bedrooms. The Condo includes in-unit laundry facilities. A clean and well maintained facility includes excellent security, gates at entrance, beautiful landscaping and grounds, a wonderful pool with view of the river, jacuzzi, BBQ area and recreational room. One bedroom has a Queen and the other has full size lower bunk bed and twin on top. No Pets are allowed. This unit is on the second floor which is the top floor with one flight of stairs.

Became ill and had to returned home 2 months early

Had a lot of problems with the apt. Not that clean Every thing was locked. Had to chase down the manager.

Disappointed

The Condo was misrepresented. Although I have voiced my concerns to the owners.. I feel like I should be honest. I was horribly sick the first six weeks of my stay. Not even the doctors could figure it out. But in the end.. it was the Condo. The decrepit carpet and utilities. The more time i spent outside the condo the better I got. Please know that the owners were sympathetic and because I did not know the cause of my illness.. they could not know to make it better. Being incased and promised into 3 months of stay.. I didn’t think I had an option. The river was beautiful! The neighbors were wonderful! The property management was awesome! If I could only do it again.. so much was robbed from me. And although they refunded me a small amount.. my trip was ruined. Iam in defeat.

We were not aware of issues from the guest until she left. The carpets and condo had been professionally cleaned before she arrived. Wish we had the opportunity to resolve any issues.
