Perfect for a large Birthday trip group

We stayed here a birthday trip over St. Patrick's day weekend and we all really enjoyed the place! Everything was as described and the check-in and out process were both so easy and streamlined! Definitely recommend for larger groups and if we come back with one again, we will definitely look to stay here!

Great Accommodations and Great Location

Rochelle was a perfect host and was so communicative / accommodating before we even got to New Orleans. Her house made for a great stay in the city and was near all the places we wanted to go experience (all within 2-3 miles). The house was well air-conditioned, despite the humidity and heat, and would be a great place for both big and small groups. The place had everything we needed, which made it a simple and enjoyable trip for us! Can't wait to stay there again.

Great for a group or family

We had a great time in New Orleans for a Bowl Game weekend. The house was perfect for our multi-generational group. Grandparents were very comfortable while kids loved the upstairs game room and bunk beds. Central location with a short drive to nearby sites. Everything in house worked perfectly. We would rent again if in town.

Amazing stay for a girls (or any group) weekend away!

We had an incredible experience staying at this property! The house is super spacious and clean. The area was quiet and super easy to get ubers to downtown to Bourbon street and Frenchmen street. Our host, Rochelle, was also proactive communicating instructions about checking-in and out. Super easy and convenient experience. I would recommend this place to any group of people!

What we were looking for.

House was set up great. Kids loved the game room. One of them didn’t work, but we still enjoyed them. Owner of the property was easy to get in contact with and very kind. Would definitely recommend this house!

Graduation

This property was perfect for our family to stay at for my Nephew’s graduation. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location was close to all the places we needed to go. It was 15 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes away from Bourbon Street for entertainment and great food. I will definitely rent this place again when we go back to Nawlings in the near future.

My first stay at an Airbnb

This property was amazing, my first time ever staying at a Airbnb so I had very low expectation before arriving I went to Walmart in the area to buy cleaning supplies but I was pleasantly surprised know cleaning was necessary.. when I tell you I loved it and will stay again and refer it to my friends who would be traveling to the area. Bachelor Party in Nola

The place was very clean. Lots of space with a nice back porch. The bunk beds on the second floor are large and comfortable and the games are an added bonus (two arcade sets and shuffle puck). The living room couch was very comfortable. Fairly easy commute to get to the French quarter. It’s only a 5-6 block walk to a trolley that takes you right in (10 min on the trolly tops). Tip for anyone from out of town: be very safe. Check your numbers. Watch out for your friends.

Perfect for our Bridal Party to get ready!

This home was perfect for our bride and her family! We used this location for the brain party to get ready for the wedding, it had plenty of space for our GLAM team to set up. The upstairs gaming area was ideal and helped keep the littles entertained during all of the wedding preparations. The home was very clean. The homeowner was very accommodating and helped solved a couple of problems we had while staying. She was very responsive through text and answered immediately when I called. The parking situation can be hectic if you have a lot of different vehicles. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area!

Launching at Tulane!

My family and I stayed at this fantastic property while moving my daughter in to Tulane. There were 5 of us and we had more than enough room. We EASILY parked 3 cars off the street. The outside of the house is adorable but be ready to be blown away when you open the front door! It’s gorgeous inside! When I booked this I didn’t care that much about the game room but I was in a heated game of shuffleboard within an hour of arriving ( I won!). So close to everything. We easily ubered to the quarter and could quickly drive to TULANE. Rochelle, the host, makes everything so easy. Excellent host. This truly made one of the saddest times of my life, leaving my only child at college, a much needed delight! Thank you Rochelle!

Beautiful home, perfect stay

Visited with a group of 8 for my brother’s Bachelor party and ended up spending most of our time in the home playing shuffleboard! The home is gorgeous and had more than enough space to comfortably fit our large group. Even the bunk beds were very large and comfortable. The home is well designed and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare beautiful, high quality meals. I like to keep reviews succinct, but I really must emphasize how much I loved the kitchen and how convenient it made meals for the weekend. While the neighborhood is not the most stunning, it is very quiet and the home is directly located across from the Sheriff’s office. My group felt safe and in reality the quality of the neighborhood is irrelevant when the home itself is beautiful. The home is also very well located, central to everything and not far from grocery stores and eateries. Rochelle was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. She was prompt to communicate and a wonderful host. Highly recommend this stay!

50th birthday

Could not be happier with the choice of this rental . Was exactly as listed. Plenty of space comfortable beds. Full kitchen Short walk to the trolly ( about 6 blocks ) . Nice porch and little yard in the back to chill out. Uber rides were decent price to the French Quarter and only like an 6-8 min drive The host was perfect. Easy communication ,quick response and very attentive. I will say this. The house is across the street from a sharif station. It may turn you off. But honestly The neighborhood was quiet and the station possessed no issue . DONT LET THAT TURN YOU OFF from this property. It really is a nice space Book it!!
