Maison très agréable. Elle est spacieuse, calme, et la piscine est superbe. Le quartier est très calme. Le centre animé et la plage sont à 15 mn à pied (conforme à l’annonce). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je recommande sans hésitation !

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Alberes 28b ist ein schönes Ferienhaus in Empuriabrava. Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße, wo man direkt vor dem Haus parken kann. Auf das Grundstück passt leider nur ein kleines Auto. Die Aussattung ist ok. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Für mich waren die Matratzen etwas ungemütlich, aber akzeptabel. Kleinere Mängel wurden behoben. Das Schiebetor klemmt stark. Wir dachten es sei verschlossen und nicht zu öffnen. Das Pool wurde wöchentlich gereinigt und überprüft. Viele Mücken und Hunde....

Après vérification auprès de notre agence locale, nous vous confirmons que les photos correspondent bien à la location, seulement elles sont été effectuée avec une caméra professionnelle (ordonnée par la hiérarchie) qui peut rendre les choses un peu plus grande de ce qu'elles sont. Toutefois, nous vous informons que le mobilier cassé a été changé. Nous nous excusons pour les inconvénients et espérons avoir la chance de pouvoir vous revoir une nouvelle fois.

Meget godt inntrykk av Interhome som utleier og god oppfølging i dialogen vi hadde med dem, men selve ferieboligen var mer sliten enn tekst og bildene ga inntrykk av. Spesielt bassengområdet var lite delikat. Kjøkkenutstyret var slitt og av enkleste sort. Ekstremt mye mygg i og ved huset. Stille og rolig nabolag. Fint utgangspunkt for bilturer i området. Fine strender i nærheten. Alt i alt for dyrt i forhold til opplevd kvalitet

Nous ne pouvons ni conseiller ni de conseiller cette location malgré une serrure grippée à notre arrivé et ayant nécessité l’intervention du concierge pour nous ouvrir. Les + : Maison spacieuse, grande chambre, grand salon, bien placé par rapport à la ville, garage et place de parking dans le jardin fermé, Les - : Literie, propreté de l'extérieur fientes d’oiseaux sur toute la terrasse, propreté en général à revoir, couverture à changer ou à laver car ayant de mauvaise odeur. En fonction du sens du vent la maison se trouve dans l’axe de décollage de l’aérodrome effectuant des sauts en parachute très très régulièrement.

tres bien sauf literie

Petite maison bien équipée avec piscine. Seul "gros" bémol : la literie vétuste est changer. Ressorts dans le dos, coussin hyper dur. Ca a un peu gâché nos vacances. A part ça, rien à redire.
