Heated indoor swimming pool - oyster beds

Before describing this charming 90m2 house, situated on the edge of the Pénerf waterway and in the midst of oyster farms, allow us to highlight its strong and rare feature: its heated indoor swimming pool available year-round. Fitted out in an extension adjoining the house, from wherever you are in the main room, you will be able to see it through the bay windows. Access is via the living room and the external terrace. You will also find 2 solarium areas, one outside, the other covered in a bright conservatory, a relaxation area with sun loungers, to enjoy it at any time.

Another part of the terrace is devoted to grilling and fine dining in the open air.



In the main room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave to prepare delicious meals. And for breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and **2 coffee makers (filter and Senseo).**



You will then find the dining room, for convivial moments around the table, then 2 lounge areas. One just after the dining room conducive to discussions, the other hidden behind a lovely glass partition, cosy and snug, welcomes you to watch good films.



The house has 3 beautiful and spacious double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom with toilet, and their bay windows. All three offer you comfort for a good night's sleep.



For even greater convenience, the accommodation is equipped with a cooling system, and you will discover a pétanque court with its set of bowls. Finally, the house courtyard allows you to park 3 cars.

On the ocean side, dunes and long sandy beaches succeed one another as far as the oyster cabins of the Pénerf river. On the foreshore exposed at high tides, test your hand-line fishing skills! Children and adults alike love rummaging through the rock pools. You can then savour cockles, winkles and prawns, taken from your fishing basket or spotted at one of the friendly markets in Arzon or Sarzeau.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are offered as optional extras, depending on your desired level of comfort. Any linen ordered is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement, and cleaning during your stay is outside our scope of services.



For safety reasons, please do not charge your electric vehicle on household sockets. We invite you to charge it on a dedicated socket for this purpose.
